Great customer service!!! Called in a pickup order for bee 🐝 pollen and the salesperson (Hispanic lady) was happy to locate the last one in stock which was in the cooler and sat it to the side for me to pick up within the hour. The coupon I had in hand was not being very cooperative but this salesperson took care of me anyway. This is my go to store here in Southlake Texas and I really love this location and overall I like the company!!

Great selection of supplements as well as knowledgeable and friendly staff. Josh knows his stuff and is one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet! They always have some sort of samples out to try in store or take home. Store is always spotless. Great location being so close to 24 hour fitness. Would recommend!

Can I select 7 stars? I love this store. It's the friendliness of the staff and how knowledgeable they are that keeps me coming back. I always refer my friends, family and associates to this store because I know I can trust them to take good care of the people I send their way. When I got injured, they went above and beyond to help me get the things I needed and carried them to my car. As I grow in my knowledge of natural health and fitness, I will continue to frequent this location and send more customers. I will say that I think its remarkable how a company that sells vitamins and supplements can do enough business to justify paying rent in such a neighborhood. Steph was amazing!!! I was calling many GNC's in the area and none had what I was looking for (Muscle Mac macaroni and cheese). Steph was very polite on the phone and professional as well compared to the other phone calls I made. They had plenty of what I was looking for which was nice.

Then when I walked into the store she made eye contact and greeted me with a smile. (Not the typical "welcome to..." And no eye contact, so you really don't know if the were talking to you or not.
