Best customer service experience I’ve ever received at a vape shop has been from Steven here at Boca Vapes. Super courteous, has all the knowledge and always willing to help. This is my new go-to store from now on.

Today I had a great experience. The staff person was very helpful and patient. They cleaned both of my vaporizers and changed the coils. I have been going to this vape store for a few years because they have reasonable juice prices. I stopped going for a while because there was a staff person who was very rude and dismissive to customers and to his colleagues. Whenever I saw him through the window I would turn around. I think he no longer works there. That's a good thing. It's a small store and it's clean. I would recommend it.

Boca vapes is my number one go-to spot for all my vaping needs. The customer service I’ve received from Rob and Jake are unbeatable. They welcome you with smiles and kind greetings every time and are super knowledgeable about all the devices they sell. On holidays they have lots of discounted specials and staff always makes sure to tell you about it. I never feel like I’m being ripped off like some other places. 10/10 would recommend.

This vapor store is THE best! Customer service is awesome and especially Matt aka The Great! Is THE most knowledgeable person as far as knowing EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING u may need or want to know! All employees are a joy to be around...feels like a second home! Oh and they love my dog Coco!

Very nice (GDF) mom and pop run shop. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, (dare I add attractive?). Prices are very reasonable and they make all their own flavors in-house. I never kick it in lounges but they have an ample one if that's your stick.

Best vape shop in Florida. Ive vaped 10 years and tried MANY flavors and types and now i drive almost 3 hours one way to pick up 20 or 30 big bottles at a time. If u vape, this IS the best. Friendly staff to boot!

Truly wonderful. They are knowledgeable in anything to do with vaping. I did not have any knowledge about vaping when I went in. Not only did they help me, explain to me everything, and get me the right equipment, but their price is unbeatable. They never tried to sell me some massive box I don't need or a gigantic tank I couldn't go through in a week if I tried. No, they just sold me what fit my needs and life perfectly. They are beyond friendly and kind as well. They have remembered not only my name, but even my nicotine level and the flavors I prefer. I always leave smiling, especially after picking up some Storm(custom ordered flavor and well worth the few day wait) or My Precious(tastes just like a cinnamon roll) from them. I love these guys! They were helpful ,friendy knolegeable, patient and of course asked for up sell by asking if I needed batteries but weren't pushy. They helped me with a battery box mod I like and am happy with. I recommend them. Their prices are better than most places I've been. When they are higher it's been for better quality equipment that the lower cost options I've seen elsewhere.

Super cheap prices. And the guys and girls genuinely care about their customers. They will always take care of you weather it's looking out for you for a product or helping you fix something or in every day Life. They always have amazing sales for pretty much every holiday (veterans day is included) and have contest to win a mod of store Value of $200. Love Boca Vapes!

I have been a patron for 6 years. I moved away to West Palm Beach 3 years ago and NO PLACE takes this place! Everywhere else tastes chemical'ish. I go every month and/or even have them mail products to me. Best juices ever and all items are always on stock.

My main vape store. Always the best flavors and selection and prices. They have the nicest people there and always take the time with me. I love checking out new shops but I'm always coming back here.
Only downside is sometimes they are so busy and popular that I have to wait even if they've got three people behind the counter.
I appreciate the quality and care they take on their flavors making sure there is no diacetyl in them. I'll always be back.

The only vape shop I go to anymore. The staff is helpful and friendly, unlike many other places where they make you feel stupid for asking questions. They offer a huge selection of house made juices ready and a separate menu of specialty flavors that can be ordered and ready in a couple days. The best thing about this place is that they don't make you buy on necessary equipment and just try to get you to spend money. They will help you find something in your budget or help you fix whatever set up you already have instead of having you spend money when it's not needed. Absolutely the best vape shop around! I don't go anywhere else

I've been vaping for a while now but have never been nearly as satisfied as when I visit BocaVapes! I used to dread having to try new liquids but now I really look forward to it! I love BocaVapes variety in flavors and products. The prices are the best in town with a great selection. The employees are very knowledgeable and informative and it's a fun atmosphere! I bring in friends and family that I encourage to open up to this alternative lifestyle of smoking cigarettes. This has created a significant change in my life and the lives of my family and friends.

The online ordering process was easy to use and ordering was simple and easy to understand. I went with App Mode 100ml 6nic and I got it almost four days later. Flat rate for orders and free shipping for orders that are bigger in price.

Boca Vapes is the BEST vape shop in SoFlo!!! I've been to so many vape shops in this area and none of them compare to Boca Vapes. The two employees that work there, Matt & Jake, are so very helpful and super nice! Omg I've never learned so much stuff about Vapes until I spoke to them! Both Matt and Jake are so so very knowledgeable about every single product in that store! To top it off they were just really nice and again just so very helpful and really cool to even talk too! From now on I'm definitely going to this vape shop and I'm definitely telling all of my friends to go there!

Boca Vapea is amazing! The store is beautiful, bright and clean. The lounge area is wonderful to relax in. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They really educated us on their products. They really take the time to teach you and show you whats best for your needs. Thank you to the entire Boca Vape family.

Solid line of homemade e-juices. My favorite of their current lineup is the Angel Wings which I order as 50-50 vg and pg for an equal burst of flavor and clouds. I bought my first mod and tank from this store as well. I walked in with only $160 that day and I was lucky enough to walk out with an Rx200 and a Crown I. I later bought a Noisey Cricket II with a Crown III tank as my ultimate punch build. Crown III coils are cheap even for the box, I think BocaVapes holds the best pricing that's not ripping you off. Follow their newsletter if you want to benefit from solid deals that could save you 50-100$ when you order online instead of walking in. And if you do walk in, you walk out with whatever you wanted instead of waiting an average of a week from shipping.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years when I decided to quit smoking and take up vaping. The staff is very informative, they have an excellent juice selection and great prices.
They are very good at helping you pick out new juices and equipment. They also have a side room for people to hangout, I've never done it but it seems like a good place to meet other people, or just waste some time if you have it, which I don't.
I've been to other vape stores and I'm always disappointed because they do NOT match up to Boca Vapes.
Love this place. And I highly recommend their flavor Cocomin.
