My husband n I just shopped at this Walgreens. Very pleased with a young man in Pharmacy department. My husband first approached middle aged Hispanic woman n asked for an over the counter inhaler n right away she said "No" we don't have anything like that here. Then comes the young man who then says "yes we have one" n said to my husband, follow me sir, n took me right to what I was looking for. 5 stars to that young man. He was 100 percent great customer service skills. Thank you n Happy Holidays...

I was wonderfully helped by Matthew, the pharmacist. My doctor reordered a brand name eye drop, which should not be abruptly stopped, to treat a surgery mishap, and which my insurance said was too early to refill. Matthew listened. He found that there were no brand name drops in Phoenix, contacted my doctor to substitute generic drops, which this Walgreen's pharmacy did not have, and located them at a nearby Walgreen's pharmacy. I was even able to get the drops the same day, which assured continuous treatment. I very much appreciate Matthew's understanding, effort, trouble shooting and tremendous follow through.

Every since Matthew took over in Pharmacy there, I have not have to wait on my regular monthly prescriptions. I'm very satisfied with the care and customer service with his service he really cares. Matthew has patience listen to all my questions he even called my doctor for me cause she order wrong script. He goes beyond his call of duty. Thank you Matthew.

I just want to say that Mathew The pharmacist And the whole staff at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me and my Husbend get out prescription. I mean They called the insurance please call Dr. Sophys not only once but a bunch of times to get this problem solved and they did a great job and I really appreciate them for all the work they do so we had a good experience with Walgreens on 51st and Indian school. Once again I gave this my gratitude for all that they do 5 star review..

The staff is courteous, as well as the pharmacy and it’s also 24 hrs, which is a plus.
The coupon i downloaded on my app was not working and Dana took the time to assist by manually discounting the qualifying items since there was some sort of glitch with the app.
Unfortunately, the system charged my card twice so i went in and explained the situation to the 2 managers scheduled, Maggie & Thomas, and they were patient, explained the occurrence, and boom! resolved the issue!

Its nice to finally see security at this location. There was a strange individual (customer) following me around the store trying to grab at me. The guard saw him and immediately made him leave. The guard later walked me to my vehicle. Good job walgreens for keeping customer safety a priority while shopping there. I will be back!

I believe that is what his name was considering he puts it on so it is facing inward. And the plastic on this man's name tag lanyard is SO filthy you can hardly tell regardless...
Nevertheless READ BELLOW, MY COMPLAINT OF THIS NIGHT TIME EMPLOYEE :
I am a regular at this particular Walgreens, so is my significant other, my grandmother, and her husband MIKE, as well as many other family and friends.
The night manager (?) Or assistant manager JERRY (Tall Caucasian Male, dark dirty blonde/brown hair-medium in length, Late 40's(?) , usually wearing dark blue or black slacks/Black business type shoes/ dark tie and a light blue or white button up shirt) has never once practiced GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seldom do we ever see him working, except to harrass customers. Or maybe jump on a register, where he clearly (by body language and vocal expression) would rather be somewhere else, and makes you feel like he hates his job and his customers.

JERRY often FALLOWS US (regular customers) around the store, like we can't see him there making snooty remarks or literally staring at us as we shop, making it look as if we are suspicious or bad people...
EVRY TIME he is there "working" we feel very uncomfortable and most definitely Offended when he trails us, offended that he would judge us so poorly, despite us as well as family being customers for many years.

Despite many attempts to be respectful to him, regardless of his poor behavior(s) and smile if he does end up serving us at the register...
Jerry, continues to mumble VERY RUDE remarks often under his breath towards us,
I have remarkable hearing, due to my visual impairment, and can hear him say some particularly outrageous remarks prior to arrival at his for front.
Jerry also bags our items poorly and with no regard to proper handling, or consideration to contamination risks.
JERRY throws everything into the bags like they won't SMASH or LEAK, milk with eggs in one SAME bag, chips with heavy canned goods (smashing them!) Cheese with shampoo!
ice cream with throw blankets or toiletries with FROZEN FOODS.
Jesus the guy (JERRY) Even made attempts to argued with me when I asked Him to PLEASE remove items that may LEAK on my new throw blanket and place blanket into separate bag, where he THEN said it wouldn't fit...
To Jerry: , it is a plush blanket, it will FIT. And so it did... After I did IT MY DARN SELF.

IT IS VERY OFTEN during our visits that he is seen sitting and eating on the sales floor, doing nothing.. OR he's off in the back watching the monitors. Of course like clockwork when we enter, he pops out the door near the dairy and parishables and watches us shop.... Almost running into us to get past us to pretend he's doing something other then following us around.

It is OFTEN that when he is doing SOMETHING it is standing around following "suspicious" looking individuals who fit a certain "profile" like Mexican or African American men or young women, or those who aren't dressed "nicely"
Or my significant other and I, most often then not, who shop there EVERY DAY or minimum Three times a week....

It's so close to home that most times I am wearing comfy pants and a t-shirt, my hair's a mess, so what? It doesn't mean that I'm going to steal!!! I don't even carry a purse you ignorant lazy Bastard....

I do hope that this comes to attention.
And I do hope he gets corrected of this ridiculous, unprofessional, ignorant, boarder-line RACIAL behavior before I am forced to go above heads and get this investigation started via BBB, EHS, ect. Please. This is my only warning.

Even though they were very busy, the girl at the counter was very polite. The girl on the phone and in the drive thru was very polite & professional too.

The guys over at pharmacy are amazing !!! Super super helpful after I was turned down at another location. They are incredible.
