AT&T Store

We had to get my husband a new phone on Wednesday. We had an amazing experience with Summer at the Foley location!!
She was informative, followed up with me with status updates, since I had to leave the old phone to wait for everything to transfer over to new phone.
When my husband arrived she was busy with a customer but made sure someone else handed off things to my husband. Then... I received a text later that evening from Summer asking me if everything was satisfactory!

Know what they are doing and able to perform so many tasks quickly. We spent an entire day dealing with phone reps and Jason was able in less than 30 minutes to port phones add fiber and tv. We arrived with two phones that we couldn’t use and left with two phones fully connected and added services we hadn’t been told about.

Jake was an amazing help! You can tell he knows what he’s doing and makes sure you have all the information you need. Amazing service and made sure I got exactly what I needed at a good cost! Thank you!!

Ken Graves was great! He was professional, helpful, and very patient with my lack of knowledge of how cell phones work. It was so nice to be able to go in and talk to someone to have my problem resolved. I’m now a loyal AT&T customer.

I had a great experience in the Foley AT&T store. I was able to upgrade to a new iPhone. Jake was very knowledgeable as well as polite and helpful. You always get acknowledged in this store as soon as you walk in.

Summer was great. She was able to fix my issue of not recognizing calls that I’ve been trying to get fixed over a year now! No one in at the KY att store has been able to help me. Highly recommend!

Jeff at the foley, AL store is incredible. I was panicked at the possibility of losing all pictures and texts from my late mother and he calmly and patiently talked me through my best and most affordable options. Because of him I had a phone the same day with all of my cherished memories on it. If you're in foley and have to male a stop to at&t ask for Jeff. He's got you!

Summer is the best ATT rep I ever worked with! She is so kind and always so helpful! She needs a raise!

Dawn is so amazing! I made a mistake and bought a phone with less memory than my former phone. She helped me for 2+ hours ensuring I left att with a functioning phone and was happy. She is kind, efficient and extremely patient. I am so grateful for her diligence and customer service centered attitude! I will be back and ask for her with each need my family has in the future.
