This place was very clean and the views were nice of a small lake. There weren't many people dining when we went (Friday Afternoon) but the staff was all friendly and attentive.

The food is delicious. We got the 4 entrees/4 sides because it's only $2 more per person than the 2 entree/4 sides so might as well! We got fried chicken, pot roast, shrimp and grits, short ribs and for sides we got poppy seed salad, Mac and cheese, creamed potatoes, and candied yams. The pot roast was a little too salty for my liking but the taste was still good. Surprisingly the shrimp and grits were my favorite and I don't really like shrimp and grits. The Mac and cheese was bomb. The biscuits were bomb. Creamed potatoes were SUPER creamy. No complaints from me.

The only thing you can take to go is the desserts and we had to because we were stuffed. Tried the vanilla gooey butter cake and OMG it's so good! It was worth it and we will definitely be back with hopefully more people to enjoy the food with

Also the store is really nice and they have some good stuff for pretty good prices.

What a great experience. Jada was a phenomenal waitress, very attentive and brought refills on food and drinks promptly. She was very friendly in explaining the menu and how all the options worked. We were a bit confused at first but understood it after some explaining. Basically they have about 6 main dishes, about 10 side items and then desert afterwards. Your table all shares the food it comes out on platters or in bowls. $20 a person you pick 2 main dishes, $21 pick 3 main dishes or $22 for 4 main dishes, each option comes with 4 sides. We personally got fried catfish, fried chicken, pot roast and ribs. All the main dishes and sides are endless, so it’s an all you can eat, very good meals. We got banana pudding and peach cobbler for dessert, they had other options too not sure what. Dessert is also endless. The biscuits served prior to the meal are awesome, a cheese biscuit with garlic butter on top. You won’t leave hungry that’s a guarantee. Loved this place will return again and again.

This place was amazing. Let me start from the beginning, when we got there we were told there was a 10-15 minute wait for our table which isn't bad for what time it was. That gave us time to walk around the gift shop and look at things, which I almost feel is designed that way but it doesn't matter because business is business and this place is awesome. Once we got to our table we met our waitress, she was super friendly and super polite. She never let my drink get empty, which is super important to me, and was always available and attentive. The food was so good, the rib meat was falling off the bone, this biscuitswere amazing and The desert was also very good. I've never been to a place like this and will definitely be going back again. It was about $50 for both of us to eat which isn't bad at all considering endless refills of the food and the quality. If you are reading this go and look at my reviews, I am honest about my opinion of things. This place is worth more than one visit for sure.

So we tried Paula Deen’s for the first time last weekend. It was about the experience. We had to wait a while to be seated but there is a gift shop to look around while you wait. The food is good but didn’t really “wow” us. I guess we were just expecting it to be amazing. The biscuits they bring to your table though are DELICIOUS and the service was great. It’s all you can eat served family style. You can pick 2,3, or 4 meats and each comes with 4 sides. We definitely will be returning!

First, a huge basket of fresh baked parsley buttered biscuits arrived and they were so delicious i could have just made a meal of them. We chose The Albany which comes with a choice of 2 meats and 4 veggies, all bottomless for us hungry diners at $23.99 per person. A bit expensive if you have kids over 10 that eat like birds, but still a good choice. Pics included. All of our food choices were wonderful from fall-off the bone ribs to the creamiest creamed corn. Service was spot on with refills and suggestions. In all, a great food experience.

We went for lunch on a weekday and walked right in and was seated. The place is very clean, well lit, the staff was very friendly. There was plenty of choices on the menu. We chose the two meats and four sides, we were not disappointed, if you leave hungry that's your own fault being you can get more of each item. We enjoyed our time eating and looking through the store. We'd definitely go back next time we're in Gulf Shores.

Stopped by for a late lunch today. We started with the fried okra for our appetizer, and chose The Savannah dining option. Food came out timely. Service was good, we never had to ask for anything. Overall, the food was very good. The only thought we had was that the fried chicken could have been crispier. Other than that, we were very pleased and will definitely come back!

This was our first time eating here! It was so pretty. I loved the blue theme. The food was absolutely amazing but the dessert was so dangerous because it was so dang good. We had the best server. I wish I could remember her name but she had white flower gauges in her ears so, whatever your name is you were absolutely wonderful!! The gift shop was really nice too. Over all 10/10.

It is one of our favorite places to eat while visiting OWA. The family style dinner is perfect. There are so many items to choose from.

The catfish and fried chicken are the best we've ever had! All the sides are amazing too! Eating here will instantly take you back to your childhood. The candied yams taste like Christmas!

To be truthful I came for the shopping not the food. Although the Southern Peach Tea is to die for. As far as the food goes. It was ok. There were 4 in our group. We were seated immediately. We were give menu's,and we're explained how their family style, all you can eat system works. For our main course we ordered grits and shrimp, pot roast, and country fried pork steak. Sides were green beans, Mac and cheese, creamy potatoes, and salad. Everyone liked the grits, and pot roast. The pork, not so much. The salad was great! The potato, and beans were good, the Mac I thought was very mushy. Did not care for the Mac and cheese. They served dessert. I did not try mine. I took it home with me and my husband ate it. Everyone was on the same page with the dessert though. They thought it was great. They had the banana pudding and the ooey gooey chocolate cake.
While they are their dessert I went shopping 🛍. Bought a new cookbook, spices, salad dressings, lip balm, travel mug, and coffee cup.
I love shopping at Paula Deen!
Oh and the view from our table was gorgeous. I added a picture of the view.

Good ole comfort food. What else do you expect from a famous southern cook?

We had a great table by the windows that overlook the lake. The food came out quickly, which makes sense - it’s family style ordering. The table picks two meats and four side for the base price or a bit more to get additional meat choices. Fried chicken should always be your first choice here…just say’n.

Our server was friendly - I’m just bad with names.

Had dinner there last night. Food was good. Service was great, from the lady at the front to the ladies on the floor. They were all great with my son.

There was a fella at a nearby table that was very disrespectful to the ladies. He did not comprehend their no doggy bag policy if I recall correctly and became unstable.

I went ahead and tipped enough to cover for his table as well. Those ladies do not need to have to deal with that kind of stuff.
