Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I swear this is the only DQ in Baldwin county that knows how to make the mocha moo latte correct and they are so sweet!

The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious even though we came immediately after the lunch rush, the restaurant was neat and clean. Even the bathrooms are spotless!

Best DQ my family and I have been to in a very long time. They were understaffed but they were great service and food.

Staff was very nice and attentive always recommend dairy queen specially this one.

The young lady that waited on us was just wonderful. Well mannered, very polite and seemed to enjoy her job.
Would recommend this place for everyone and anyone of all ages.

Somehow, we went in on a day when the A/C was overreacting to everyone. That A/C had an attitude that day. Even the workers there said it was colder than normal.

Food is always good but the service is hit or miss.

The woman at the counter made me really happy the way she was treating a strangers kid. As a firefighter to see someone be so genuine and kind to a child when they don't even know them just had me proud to be there that night. God bless that woman

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at lunch. Everyone was so sweet and helpful with me, my wheelchair, and everything in general. We will make this a regular stop from now on. The food was amazing as well. Everything was clean. It was a perfect visit!

This location is great. The staff are very helpful. The girl that took our order was very helpful. She acknowledged my children and made them seem important which made them feel good. The food was prepared fresh and it was getting close to 8 so it was very surprising to have workers that helpful at that time with us ordering the quantity of food we ordered at the time we ordered it. Hope everyone has the same experience we did

I went to Dairy Queen because its close to the car repair center where i was getting work done. We entered right at 10:30am. Immediately we noticed how clean and new everything was. Also the manager on duty Mary was very sweet and helpful. The friers were not quite as hot as they should have been and there was gonna be about a 10 min wait. Mary offered us a ice cream of our choice for free and was very kind. I have to say that my experience today was equal to the service known at Chick fil a. I was very happy and will be returning based on the customer service provided. Samantha took our order and she was very nice also. Great place, great staff. We are locals so we will see yall again soon.

On a previous visit our order had been prepared wrong and I was told to come in and I could have replacement kids meals. Even though I did not keep the receipt from my previous order and the manager on duty Tara couldn't find anything written about my kids meals being promised to me, she fulfilled my order and did so and an expedient fashion. I understood her hesitancy and she understood that I had no idea I needed to save the receipts. I appreciated her making my night a little easier as it was just a convenient night for me to stop by and pick up something. My boys thank you Tara and Mary.

It was honestly the first time I've ever been in a grill and chill. It was pretty good! The service was slow, but this was due to the time that I was in there, late, and that the park at owa had just closed and tons of people came straight here. I'll definitely visit a grill and chill in the future!

My husband and I were spending a few days in Foley Alabama when we drove by and saw the Dairy Queen. We both new we were going to stop since we don't have one in our area. I always got the pecan mudslide but noticed it wasn't on the menu. The young lady at the register wasn't for sure what I was asking for and checked with her manager Mary. Well, Mary knew exactly what I was asking for and made it for me. It was so good just like I remembered​. Her customer service was impeccable. Thanks again Mary and team.

Staff is amazing, riley and brett were funny and a great help. The whole staff was awesome I'm just sorry I didn't get all their names. The grill worker was busting his hump and doing a great job. Food was hot fresh and tatse good ice cream was delicious. Staff found my Wisconsin accent funny.
