I love this pharmacy and staff, I'm going through alot medically and they always answer questions and seem like they care. Yes they get busy but they get to you as soon as they can. Thank you

They have been the pharmacy for my family of 4 for about 15 years. They have consistenty provided me with very good service and I would recommend them to anyone.

They are nice and genuinely helpful when I pick up my dogs meds.

The ladies are all great. I try not to go when the male pharmacist isn't on duty. I'm sure he's competent, but he's "crusty". Other than that, no complaints.

Great staff; occasionally doesn't have stock of over-the-counter meds I'm looking for, but generally a great place to get pharmacy services.

I like the staff. Overall it is pretty good. Some pharmacists care more than others.

The customer service is not very friendly with the exception of the female pharmacist and new younger male pharmacist. My prescriptions are always filled on time and billed correctly though. If their techs didn't always seem like they were in a bad mood, it would be 5 out 5.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. SO rude. I went to pickup my daughters prescription and they said she doesn’t have insurance with the info I gave them. She does very much have insurance. Basically told me there was nothing they could do; and they could give me a coupon to use without insurance, ya, no. I called insurance company, confirmed she was enrolled. Went back, asked them to triple check the info I gave them, she reads the birthday back to me, WRONG, so I said “oh that must have been the problem” she gets the biggest attitude about how she didn’t do it wrong and they must have magically done something to now make it work. Pharmacy techs are kind.
However, the head pharmacist Ronny is incompetent. I have used this perscription and pharmacy for years. These problems began a few years ago after he wanted my medical diagnosis for taking meds. I informed him it is private info that he was not entitled to. Sometime after, he felt it was his duty to call my dogs veterinarian to inform them I already have a perscription for myself & wanted to know why they were perscr. this for my dog... The veterinarian called and told me. The problems getting my pain medication is now a monthly issue. I know I am not the only customer having problems w/ him. Maybe this will give others the courage to say something.

Struggling to believe them when they say they didn’t receive the 3 faxes from a doctor for a prescription. It’s happened so many times. To be fair, when you call them on it, they admit they’re behind lol. To top it off, someone in the pharmacy told me they couldn’t accommodate curbside delivery because “the pandemic is over.” That person should contact the CDC and inform them lol. Lissette is your best bet for good, honest service. She’s an amazing pharmacist and is the only reason we still give them business.

I've been going here for years! I think it's time to move on. I can't get anyone on the phone anymore. Ronnie the male pharmacist is extremely unhappy and rude. You get a text that says your meds are ready * wait in line then they say "oh no they are not filled"

Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. Given wrong doses of prescriptions for my INFANT and Toddler. Things are never ready on time. Always have to wait over a week for them to fill it after my doctor has sent it over(mainly because they never check)
Not friendly whatsoever. Recommend going literally anywhere else.

Kevin is the worst pharmacist there. The others especially Lisette are super helpful and care about the customers. Kevin laughs at you when you need medications and he can’t deliver curbside due to a severe preexisting condition. It’s disgusting that this guy works there with all those other great people. I’ll make sure to ask about his schedule and stay away on those days. In addition to the fact that he’s probably too young to spell compassion, he lacks a professional courtesy that that location is known for.
