She was so patient while we spoke with another ATT Rep by phone, she recommended the BEST solution for our immediate needs, she handled the data transfer quickly and was able to resolve our challenging issue with an older phone. After being on the phone with customer service all day and being ready to pull my hair out, Victoria was so kind and able to help me so quickly that she absolutely saved my day! I wish I had gone to them sooner! I appreciate the excellent service in the store more than I can say!

Victoria greeted us immediately upon entering. She helped us change up our wireless plan, take advantage of the trade in any Samsung phone for an S22, and got us set up with a 3rd line. We had some issues when activating the new line, but Victoria was wonderful. She called corporate and Emma helped get everything working. Victoria even catered to our 5 yr old who doesn't like waiting. Superior quality and service all over!

I Went in at perfect time of day. store was slow. I was helped immediately. Eric was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted to solve my problem and never gave up, even though my problem was something no-one had ever seen before and was very difficult to figure out. I am incredibly happy with the service I received and will go out of my way to get assistance at this AT&T store & from Eric in the future. I wish all AT&T customer service representatives were trained to the same level of excellence & knowledge as Eric.

I came in the the port orchard AT&T store after my LG G5 decided to shut off over night during its charge and never turn back on. Thought maybe it was the battery and decided to get a new one which also did not work. The manager, Eric and his asst manager Zach were very helpful and understanding from the moment I met them. Very warm and welcoming. After calling LG and finding out they would cover my phone to be repaired because my warranty ended 1 day BEFORE it broke and 6 days AFTER I called about my issue. I was so frustrated! They tried to get them to budge for weeks with no result. However, because Eric didn't agree with LG not helping me, he was so kind as to give me his wife's old G5 until mine is paid off and I can upgrade! That's some serious customer service and I appreciate that more than they know. Got them a big gift basket to share :) I highly recommend the great staff at the port orchard location. They really know how to make their customers happy.

Ms. Victoria Jackson! Such a sweet heart! My car was recently stolen along with all my belongings. This kind soul helped get me set up with a phone in a timely and professional manner! I was on a time crunch and she really did her thing! Thank you ms. Victoria Jackson for everything!

Anthony and Eric were great, they helped us move from prepaid to a business account and explained the process every step of the way. They even gave us a couple of their own cold beverages after waiting a while. Nice guys, good service, 5 stars!

If you’re looking for excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff about your cell phone needs, this is the place to go! They really went above and beyond for me and my family! Their manager, Victoria, was absolutely wonderful!

Eric helped us set up our new Galaxy S10 phones, and get one phone ready to give to our Dad. I was in the store a total of three times. Every time, I observed how polite and professional Eric is. He greeted customers immediately with a smile, and was open about how he would be with them as soon as possible, but it would be (however long). He is very knowledgeable and patient. He worked hard to find us the best plan for us at a better price than we had been paying.

Victoria the manager has been so awesome in the new purchase of my Galaxy S22Ultra. My old phone was not doing the best, so I traded it in. She gave me so much helpful info about this new phone.

Went in to pay off my phone and possibly switch to a different provider/service. Jacob helped me out on finding the perfect plan for me and also ended up getting an upgrade as well while still saving a lot of $$ from my previous plan! He took his time and helped me set everything up. Great experience.

Victoria helped me get all set up with a new plan, and I love it, She had to jump through so many hoops to get my number ported over! Great employees, great location!
