Great selection, quality fresh fruit and vegetables, meats, and other food items. Very friendly staff. An enjoyable place to shop, and this is from a person that hates to shop for food. They have a pick up and go service which is very convenient, if you just want to pick up your order and be done with it. Delivery to your home is also available.

I should comment that I have always been given the "Red Carpet" treatment from all the employees. Super group of people at Safeway. They always make me happier than when I came in. Because of how much I enjoy grocery shopping (I don't), my rating for my local Safeway says a lot.

It is obviously "The Grey Gull" in Ocean Shores, WA. This was a postpandemic trip to celebrate my 20 year old granddaughter's ongoing recovery from severe brain trauma. It was a perfect place to get away and enjoy the beach. The Grey Gull has been our "go to place" for 30 years. We just got home and are already looking forward to our next trip.

First, the store is really clean compared to what it was years ago. The cheese selection is amazingly good compared to the other local grocers.
The customer service was OUTSTANDING! I had a few questions and need help reaching a couple of things. I asked for help, and because I was in a motorized cart, due to leg surgery, I pretty much got a personal shopper to follow me around and reach stuff.

Set up like most of the Safeway stores. We had some questions and the lady who was setting up candy displays was very helpful and friendly.

Define this store to be one of the greatest in our neighborhood. Philip the store manager is probably one of the kindest gentleman in the world. He actually donated ice cream to the veterans administration over at retsil transitional housing, a number of different times. I love you guys and I'll continue shopping with you and you only. Tuesday March 21st 2023 your butcher went above and beyond to help me get fresh dog bones. You were out both in the freezer and meat shelves. He stopped what he was doing and went and cut me fresh ones. Kudos to this butcher who put the customer first. Do not know his name but he is an exemplary employee of Safeway. I got one happy standard poodle because of him👍🐾

Very nice store atmosphere is good customer service is good they have riding carts that help for the elderly.
I don't shop here enough to make a good assessment overall I have no problems with the store or the employees.

I really like this Safeway store. Though I live in Port Orchard, it is not where I shop on a regular basis; but this mainly because I live on the other side of town, with several other grocery stores more easily accessible to me. What brings me to this Safeway store is typically that I can't find something (like a specific brand) elsewhere. The produce here is top notch. Their frozen vegan department is far superior to others! In general, I have always had an easy time finding what I want in stock, an excellent selection and great customer service!

my salutations to the guy who dresses up in the chicken outfit every… Tuesday, Monday? I forget when but on one day of the week the fried chicken is on sale 👍. Good store for buying groceries. If you’re hungry you can always stop by the deli and purchase something to eat.

All Safeways are different. But, I've never had bad service. They are helpful and eager to serve you. My daughter is employed with the them. It's always nice to see her twinkling eyes and happy smile. She loves her job.

We have been coming to this store for over 4 years now. I have to say it is the cleanest and nicest Safeway I've ever been to. The staff is so caring also. Every time we come in we are recognized and taken care of, and truly feel cared about. Thank you so much to the people that work here, you are amazing people!

I have to say a big thanks to the lady who was working at the Delete section at safeway today. I was curious about their Crunchy cilantro line fruit salad because I have never tried it before. Asked if they have ever tried it, and most of them have not. But the lady was like, "I can let you try some if you'd like?" At first glance, I thought it had a lot of onion in it, and it, in fact, has no onion. It has Cilantro, lime, pineapple, mango, hickema, and Red bell pepper. It tastes fresh and light with the hickema that gives it a great crunch. But I digress my point is I would have most likely never decided to buy the fruit salad if she hadn't offered to allow me to try it first. So again, thanks!!

Really friendly place, and they seem to keep everything very clean. I like that I can go in, get things, and get out pretty quickly. good prices and great vegetables.

I love shopping at the Bethel Safeway. Their employees are not only product knowledgeable but they absolutely bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service.
