If I could give 10 stars, I would! Talk about great customer service. I went in to add a line to my phone today and was greeted by Terrance P. This young man was so courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He set up my new line, explained everything to me, and showed me how to navigate between my two lines.
What a great experience😁. I will go back to this store and ask for Terrance in the future.

Normally I dred going to cell phone stores, they try and sell you on the latest and greatest how ever this time around was different. A young lady who works there. I believe her name was Nae friendly, honest, and didn't try and sell us something we didn't need. She was able to get my daughter a good phone at a good price. She was even able to help us save money on streaming services so we didn't have to have 4 different bills. She wad absolutely amazing, Verizon did somthing right when they hired her!

Edith was clear, quick and anticipated all of our needs! She was also very patient and was able to solve any problems we had.

The help I received was priceless. Aiden was the person who helped me. His costumer service was excellent. His costumer service was above the ordinary. He gets a 5 star review from me. Thank you Aiden. Words can't express my gratitude.

The best cellular service store anywhere. I have been to Verizon corporate stores and this hands down superior. Special kudos to Nae. Even though she could not resolve what I requested through no fault of her own or Verizon she was professional, creative, thoughtful etc. Verizon corporate stores could learn something. This store is my go to. From looking around the store customers there were content and helped

Carson was very patient and polite and straightforward with his information about my phone and other options. It actually was a great experience and I would definitely return for another purchase or if questions arise.

I just recently went to upgrade my phone and get an iPad for my grandmother and Aiden was the one to help us after battling with Verizon fraud department for 2 days and going down to the silverdale store 3 times and having our phones shut off my the fraud department for 2 days he was able to help us resolve all those problems, get my new phone the iPad new chargers screen protectors and a bunch of other stuff at such an amazing price! Thank you so so so much Aiden! This man needs a raise for his phenomenal customer service and problem solving skills. And not only that, I had my grand mother with me and she’s diabetic and her sugars were dropping low so I needed to run to the restaurant next door to get her something to eat while we finished and she sat with her and set up my phone and her iPad got the screen protectors on all for me while I could care for her. Edith and the rest of the team are amazing. I was a problem child customer and they were incredibly patient, very helpful and were very playful with my young daughter. When I had to return to the store a week later I was immediately greeted by name. I absolutely recommend!

The manager Adine was wonderful in knowledge, manners and time. He's the best ever!!!

I came in to check pricing on an upgrade and walked out with a new phone and watch thanks to the deals that Nae was able to find me. She explained everything simply and answered all of my questions without pressuring me into products I didn’t want or need. She’s super personable and knowledgeable. Thanks Nae for all of your help!

Today I walked into the store and I was greeted by Evan! He and I started to hit it off and he had some good customer service was able to answer all my questions was polite and was able to help other people while I was waiting to update my phone. He even went over and beyond and was able to help me with breaking down my plan. I was having my new watch set up an he was so helpful in that aspect too. Now all I have to go in tomorrow and pick it up and it’s ready. Super friendly staff and will now be making the extra drive to PO to have all my Verizon needs.

Taryn is amazing. She made sure the plan, phone, watches and accessories we bought were perfectly tailored to what we were looking for when we walked in. She is extremely knowledgeable, explaining all questions we had in detail, including how I can keep my old phone number without a hassle. She made an emphasis about making sure we left happy. I did not feel stressed or pressured into purchasing more then expected. I can’t wait to explore around on our new tech and will feel comfortable coming back into the store for whatever we need in the future. Thanks Taryn!!!
