This Store is visible from the Road and the Highway at this particular location. It is ♿ friendly and ♿ accessible.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and warm. Recently we inquired about certain services. Within 2 weeks, we had a quot, and a contractor came to look at the work we needed. They are Pro-active and efficient. This is our first time doing business with Lowe's and so far, the experience has been positive with this store.

We are currently waiting for the contractor to install what we need installed, and we will comment further on their performance. For now, the staff in the store have done a great job addressing our needs, our concerns, and scheduling the work.

For now, we highly recommend this store, their staff, and the process.

Update; The installation of our commercial 7 foot chain link fence was a success. Our Huskies are now free to roam at will in a safe area. We are so pleased that we have also moved forward to replace our front door. If you are looking for help with a project, contact Keith Burke or ask for him in-store. We are very pleased indeed. I will comment on our front door as soon as it's installed.

UPDATE; Our front door and screen door combo came in, was installed to our complete satisfaction. We are thrilled to be able to have completed two projects with Lowe's.

I recently purchased flooring from Lowes and Hailey's was amazing. I was a little nervous as this was our first time installing LVP and it came out beautifully with Hailey's expertise! We also received help from Tony who was equally as great! Port Orchard Lowes has gained a loyal customer!

I just completed a large shop build, and every employee that I encountered while buying materials gave me the service and support I expected from Lowes.

Our little guy built a firetruck in the little builder's class. Montana does a great job; the setup is ready and she circulates to help and encourage. They even had a real firetruck and firemen for the kids!

Today's experience wasn't too bad! Came in to do some gardening and finding plants marked down is always great! Needed help locating a outdoor timer and was helped right away! Only issue was that there was only one check-out cashier which formed a long line.

Nice place to quickly pick up a Christmas Tree 🎄. Has firepits, garden utility, and anything you'd need around the house!

Was knowing what I wanted, then went down another aisle, and there was someone who knew what he was doing. Didn't get his name but was so helpful got my purchase loaded up told me what I needed then off to the check out. The clerk was fast and engaging called for help loading my items and found a lady parked next to me having trouble loading her item into her car. He after helping me turned to help her and in the end with all the good vibes I help the lady get her purchase to her home cuz it fit in my truck.....Good day at Lowes

Nolan did it again. The last time he saved me hundreds by finding discontinued tiles, twice!
This time he and Bernadene helped me match the tiling and get it from the shelf to the back of my truck after my shoulder replacement.

Friendly service for key cutting, propane, lumber, garden center or just asking for help on any given project or product. Sometimes we have to pick through lumber to find pieces that aren't warped but that may be typical of any place. If you buy plants here, they are well priced and good variety but know that you'll be bring home tiny gnats with them.
I like this place better than the major competitor with and orange logo.

Literally drive to this location when we live in Silverdale because we know we will get the help we need. We are total in the dark diy'ers and of course end up w/ a lot of questions and somehow get help with them even with as busy as it seems to get at this location. special shout out to our guy Lionel who we look for now by name- he will literally have us ready to go with whatever we need w/projects and his recommendations have even saved us multiple trips back to the store!

This review is specific to the help I received the other day. Tammy was working the customer service desk and helped me process a return quickly and efficiently which allowed me enough time to purchase the items that I needed for my project. I was very happy with the professional and super friendly service!

I've spent the last year remodeling my home and have been able to do just about all of from Lowe's.
The staff has been very helpful and extremely good about doing exchanges and returns during this anxious/stressful time.
Numerous times we ran into delays or had to make changes due to material availability and Lowe's always supported us when we had to make changes.

Your staff is ALWAYS kind, considerate, and informative.
I would recommend this Lowe's location to anyone/everyone.
