Happened to be running errands in the area and my husband needed to replace his screen protector on his iPhone so he popped in as I finished my shopping nearby.

The staff is really friendly at this Best Buy location and they are ready to help with products (they have great knowledge of their merchandise)!

Heather in Geek Squad as well as KC were very helpful in getting my husband’s new screen protector done! The phone looked amazing! Like brand new!

This store is packed with electronic goods. They have a vast selection of everything for the home that you can imagine.

We were really impressed. I highly recommend this store!

Update: 8/14/23 HEATHER IS AMAZING!!!!!! She completely took care of all my tech needs with setting up my phone and laptop. She explained things better than anyone... she truly is a 5 Star Employee! She knows her stuff!

Update: Had to buy another Otterbox bc the last one broke doing its job. Was grateful they still had the same one. The cashier was able to multitask n change them out while checking out others. A1!!!

Quick service! The guy with the blue hair (sorry name I can't recall) truly helpful and patient with me in helping me find the right protector and headphones for my new phone. Appreciate the info on other home appliances too. Quick and easy! I love coming to this store!

Went in and picked up my online order I placed. I also shopped for an Apple Pencil and Lauren who assisted at checkout provided exceptional customer service and also provided tons of helpful information about the Bestbuy membership and warranty.

Went in on 3-14-2019 to pick up an item that I purchased at the Gastonia Best Buy (the Gastonia store was out of stock) and found a close space in the parking deck. The parking deck is spacious and had a lot of spaces available. The covered parking is nice in inclement weather. It is easy to get in and out of. The staff were courteous and professional. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who was very helpful and directed me right to the customer service area. A woman named Trinity was able to retrieve my package and check me out quickly, she was assisted by another gentleman (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) and I was out and on my way very quickly. A very positive experience.

Carlos was amazing help! He helped me find the best set up for photo editing that was in my price range and was super patient with my questions. Definitely ask for him!

I was able to shop till I found the best deal on my ipad for my daughter. Alejandro M. was so professional. He looked at every deal possible until I was covered with the item and the warranty. Thank you I will return soon.

I love going to Best Buy just to look around and see what kinds of new things are out, see what might be on sale, and I love a good price-match. Yes, they will price match any item, all you gotta do is ask. 😉

This store being in Midtown, you might be inclined to avoid because it’s often busy. But parking for me is always a breeze in the attached deck. Drive up to the one of the higher floors and just take the elevator down. Or else you might find yourself wasting 5-10 minutes to fight for a parking spot.

I go to this store often, and a lot of the associates have become familiar to me. To them, I might be familiar to se because I am often there right before they close and I feel like “that guy.” But with my work schedule, sometimes it’s just not possible for me to get there any sooner.

In spite of my late arrivals, I have always been treated respectfully and an associate comes to help as soon as they can (just make sure you tell the person sitting near the door though when you do need help because you might have to wait until it’s your turn).

I give this location 5 stars mostly because of one associate in particular—Oscar. He’s always knowledgeable about the products I have questions about. He is patient, and he explains everything very well. He wants people to walk out of the store feeling good about what they’ve just bought.

Employees like Oscar that provide a positive, memorable experience to customers are hard to come by. And he isn’t the only one who does a great job there. But he’s had to put up with me more than a few times, and every time he is awesome.

Overall this store is great. My only con would be that I wish there was a designated clearance section again!

I became a member so I can get discounts and use data transfer services. Good selection and helpful staff.

It is very well organized, and everyone speaks and engages the customers. The staff offers to help even if you are just looking or looking confused someone will notice, and ask to assist you, and as a consumer in these days, and times it feels good to be welcomed when you come into an establishment and the patience of the staff. Best Buy is solid, this location was good both times I went. Too bad they’re getting beat up by online vendors.

Good service and decent prices. While we all know we can typically search hard and find the cheapest prices for electronics, it's difficult to find good assistance finding what you need and getting decent prices. I needed a quality live streaming video camera and I initially went to this store after doing research on a number of video camera options.

Immediately upon showing my suggestions, the customer service representative educated me on a number of other options to consider and then took the time to look up the price for each video camera, review the specs of each with me, and then determine what would be the best fit for my needs.

The more amazing part is though he could have sold me a more pricey item that might not have been the perfect fit for what I needed, he instead educated me on a better option that they didn't even have in stock at this location, and then helped me find a location nearby that did. While I know this is a standard level of service that all stores SHOULD practice, this level of service is not always provided, especially in a busy store that is centrally located to all areas of Charlotte.

The price of the item was actually over $75 less than my budget for what I needed, so I was then also able to pick up an extra SD card since I knew it would be needed.

I would definitely come back to this location again, even if the prices found here might be a bit higher than what I'd find on Amazon or other cheap online sellers. The other benefit was being able to return the item easily, which is something else I ended up needing to do, and was able to do so very easily without hassle (something that is not always the case when ordering online from a vendor that doesn't have a physical location near me).

Courtney helped us pick out a new TV and sound system for our house. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of our questions and showed us different options/prices. She made us feel confident with our purchase and now we love it!

Great customer service. Alejandro helped me with his manager to get a return done on a gift that I purchased that was technically not returnable and issued me store credit. This was very helpful and just what I needed!

Very friendly staff and easy pick up. Even helped me put my large order in the car.
