While on vacation we did a little shopping at Marshall’s . I Wanted to purchase some new luggage but they didn’t have any on the floor that I liked . (Nikki T)the manager approached me and asked if she could help . She took the time to go in the back of the store to look through their inventory to give me options. She brought out different options for me to look at .She went above and beyond.

Great customer service and very professional .
When I’m in town I will definitely shop here again.

Always love Marshalls.... Only issue is they haven't had my Candle back in stocks and I'm heart broken. Sincerely heart broken candle lover.

Great products but not that many for men perfumes but you can find lot of nice stuff though

Their Salespersons were very helpful. Lots of selection! I had a hard time selecting a hat for a long walk and it took a few minutes for the salesperson to pick her brain as to which one would look nice for me.

The store was clean & orderly. The shoe selection was a bit small however, they had a sale going on.I was able to find a nice pair of rain boots. The service to check out was speedy,as the cash registers were full with employees. Checking out was easy as one two three. The staff was extremely friendly!

The store manager is above and beyond. He shows he cares about the customer and goes out of his way to deliver excellent service. I owe him a big thank you, and he deserves a raise.

Love this Marshall's! Always an amazing assortment of wares, especially in the wall decor/art department. Sandra B. is an ESPECIALLY awesome and helpful associate. She went above and beyond when I visited the store recently and was responsible for me buying hundreds of dollars of merchandise! She is TRULY the embodiment of customer service and ABSOLUTELY deserves a raise!

Friendly people and fast service.

I went 1 time this week for clothes to take on vacation, I bought 1 dress and a couple of other things,but I had 2 dresses,I put 1 back,but I thought about it all night, so I went back to get it,so affordable.

Tarah was completely and totally amazing. I flew in from Florida with no winter clothes. At store closing she helped me shop and was incredibly patient-when she did have to be. She was a joy to work with. Ciara was also helpful, she escorted me around the store to the items I needed. Thank you ladies!

I am usually surprised when I go to Marshalls. Besides the discounted clothes I often find things that I never thought I'd find there like orthotics for my shoes that turned out to be extremely comfortable and affordable. When I go there I just like to walk around to see what's there. I find nice things and get some exercise.

Had a great variety. Clean store. Had great makeup choices like bare minerals, urban decay, and Anastasia Beverly Hills. Almost everything I needed was on clearance, making it a great deal.

This store has great clothing, shoes, and accessories. Along with household items. Always seems to have new inventory. Located in the Metropolitan near other stores. Free parking in the decks nearby.

Ms. Sandra B assisted my friend during her shopping experience as my friend saw items I may be interested in. My friend was able to video chat with me regarding some items and Ms. Sandra helped her while doing so! That is really going above and beyond! Thanks Ms. Sandra!
