Goodwill Store: Waterville

This place always has great finds! The only weird thing is their pricing lately. Many things are $13, especially things that are normally $2.

I enjoyed the shopping experience at the Waterville, Maine Goodwill at least once a week, if not more. I have always found the store to be clean, well organized, well stocked with seasonally appropriate merchandise. While the prices on products and merchandise have increased over the past year, I do understand the cost of supporting their local programs within the community and with children’s camps have gone up considerably. And if something is priced beyond, my financial means, I obviously don’t buy it and don’t leave negative feedback About it. Pam, the store manager along with Brandi, Ryan, Kiesha , and Carrie and they are team members all of which I apologize I don’t know all by name, but do include Julie, Scottie, Brooke, Carlo, Deb and numerous others who always greet me, always thank me for supporting their program, are very engaging and very hard-working folks within the community. I appreciate the efforts of the Goodwill in Waterville, Maine.

Easy to navigate, great selection of clothing and household items

The staff is super friendly at the store. Most of them anyway. Heather, is the sweetest person ever and always makes my day when I go into the store. Alan is great too. I miss Rachel and Cindy though. And Dalton. I always find goodies here.

This good will is very friendly and clean even the bath room the workers there are great if there is something you really need and can't find it they will goblin the were house to see if they can find it forb

Wandering around Maine thrifting on a rainy Saturday and wandered into this Goodwill. It was nice and clean and the clothes were nicely organized. The movies and books were well organized too. Keisha our cashier was very friendly and helpful.

A good place where you always find something you need. I found a great pairs of pants for my clown outfit!

The staff were terrific!!! Helpful and friendly young men and women waited on us and asked helpful questions during my recent visit to this store. I left smiling!!! Thank you to Heather and Alan for making that happen!

Love my goodwill stores. Always find a jewel. Often brand new . I find in maine the goodwill have a couple of rows of their goods that they sell that are brand new . So if you want new they have it . As for the donated items they have that also often from stores clearance so these are going to be also brand new , Sometimes with tags on . Just bought a beautiful genuine coach bag for $ 15 all leather. You just never know what you'll find just awesome. Come on in and check them out you'll be glad you did.

Goodwill is alot like Mardens...If you like it you better buy it or you may never have a chance to get it again. I Love some of the buys I get at Goodwill. Alot of stuff is brand new at good prices. I recommend Good Will.

, the sales staff at the Waterville Goodwill are very personable. Have a very helpful policy for purchasing larger items. Where you just go up to the cash register and they take care of the rest. Including the sales also moving your purchase,to the Loading area where they help you load your item.

Love shopping here save that you can't find anything because the employees take what they want and don't care. Managers let staff get away with buying before the customers who come it I've seen first hand over 100 times a employee has stolen either money or jewlry or rare item. Its disgusting

Such amazing staff, absolutely love the management. The cashiers always put a smile on my face!

GW is retail therapy for me. I may spend 2 hours browsing and buy nothing or find 3-4 designer tops for pennies on the dollar of original cost. Or I may buy something I don't really need! :)

Food was great staff was so patient with each boy picking out there goodies frim the glass counter

Store I've seen, and the staff was very helpful and friendly also free parking for everyone.

Everything is clean and neatly organized and the staff is very worm and friendly. I try to make it there at least once a week because the salections are all ways changing.

This place is way better then Wal-Mart... it has everything I need.. never going to shop at Walmart again.. Wal-Mart don't like black people..

My first time here people very polite nice big area nice spacial changing rooms will definitely be coming back overall loved it

Went in looking for clothes for Halloween, got what I wanted and was out in 10 minutes! 3 things I can wear in non-Halloween mode! Thank you!
