The UPS Store is a comprehensive small business resource center: postal services, notary service, printing and copier services, returning Amazon packages, P.O. Box rentals, etc.

Family owned and locals who work hard. They are considerate and helpful. They get slammed every afternoon do
Their beat to get you in and out. I see several people who are not considered of the people
Who work there but the owners take the rudeness and still help with out any reservations. I drop off deliveries and returns from Amazon every week. I thank them as it saves time and money.

Convenient, very quick to drop return packages specially Amazon. Good notary services at reasonable price. It is a good asset for the community.

Most staff are fine but there is one woman here that is very unpleasant to work with.

I went there for a passport photo. The cost was $20 and they wanted 40 dollars for a digital copy. Total rip off. Avoid this place. Staples charges 25 for both digital and hard copy pictures. Do they think people are made of money or plain stupid?

Almost always a miserable experience. They make you wait even when you just want to drop off a package. The staff is generally unfriendly. They want to charge me for things that other places don't like if a little bit of tape is needed. Why no USPS dropoff like other locations? Whenever I can, I try to go somewhere else, like the nearby Postal Annex. If gas wasn't so expensive, I would never go to this location. I never have a problem in any other location of UPS store or its rivals, just this location and these people.

Awful experience. Quoted me a price, I asked for a cheaper option, and they quoted me another that still wasn't the cheapest. Ended up paying twice what I should have. Was told it was a "training issue" but the woman claimed to be the manager. She finally admitted that she wasn't quoting the ground UPS price which would have been half the price, and the owner told me on the phone that they quote the 3 day price as that's what their customers prefer. It seems that means they won't tell you the ground price even if you ask. Don't trust the info they give you! They also left off the apartment number on the package despite my giving them the written out address to put in. Go somewhere else!

We had a package to return, and a document to get notarized. We waited patiently for our turn while a customer ahead was being helped for long time (>15 mins). When it was our turn to be helped, Seema took the return item. But refused to notarize our document until everybody behind us in the line was helped (the line had grown quite large by then). Ridiculous to see different treatment with different customers - our place in the line should've been acknowledged.

The woman at the counter is a bully and confrontational to customers. Learn some humanity and humility..!
I try to avoid this store most times.
