Awesome store with everything home-related that you can think of. From small screws to huge appliances.

I got an idea of various new items that I could use on a regular basis, which I didn't know existed. That's the benefit of just window shopping these kind of stores. I will be back with my shopping list soon.

Patio furniture variety was not much, but they have a great selection of barbeques and grillers for outdoor use.

Had some issues finding items but Tim was so kind to help me. Great gardening section and packing supplies are always stocked!

I stop by to help one of my clients pick the best possible combination for the facelift of his fireplace before placing his home on the market. I am super excited for the final outcome. I will post the before and after pictures. We are 1/2 way done with the family room and already looks amazing.

The store is easy to navigate found exactly what I needed and went through the self checkout. Was in and out very fast

Superb store. Everything under one roof. From building a house to making the interiors, kitchen, garden...etc Loved the plants collection.

This home Depot actually has great service, easy to park, clean store and very friendly service.

I had a purchase order for 90 sheets of sheetrock 5/8 12's and Peter did an awesome job. I came and there was a problem and he handled it very professionally and treated me with respect. The reason why I am posting this is because I like to highlight the great team players. Thanks again Peter!

Love this store and this review is specifically for Bobby. He was simply the best and most helpful salesperson you can meet. I had quite a complex project and did not have much of an idea about how to execute it, when i went into the store. I showed him some pictures on what i might need He literally not only hand held me through all the steps on how to execute it, but helped me in suggesting the materials and tools to buy and was extremely patient, respectful and diligent in answering every one of my question in great detail. I cant thank him enough. I subsequently learnt He is the go to person for many things at this store and i am not surprised, why ! I am so happy to say with his help and guidance I was able to complete my project on my own and on time !

3 reasons to visit: bigger/better than other HDs around; experienced service staff knows what they are doing (door/window department); lower sales tax compared to Alameda Co.

My Goto place for all things garden and plants. Other options are nurseries in Tracy and nearby

My go to place for home improvement projects. Helpful staff. They are low on inventory in some electrical items. We love the kid's workshop.

Go find your goodies. Some grumpy employees and some nice, but I guess that's everywhere now.

Outstanding customer service. After 30 days of using a product that didn't live up to my expectations, I inquired about the return policy. The San Ramon store said as long as I have the receipt, it could be returned. I couldn't believe it... but every customer service employee was helpful and made the return easy and hassle free. Made a loyal customer out of me! Thank you.

Great staff. Searched long looking for under counter lights that on-line said they had 9 in stock and only had one opened package on shelf. He gave me the open one for 60% off because it was missing magnets to hang it. We had already bought 3 of them and we decided we needed one more and no store from Vacaville to Hayward had any. It really helped us because I could get magnets separate to make light complete. We really appreciated this employees knowledge and dedication for helping us.

I am a full-time office worker, but my body yearns for hard labor outdoors, power tools, and multiple OSHA violations. My wife likes to get plants and other green things at this store, which gives me a good excuse to browse the lumber and fastener sections and to feel like a real man. My garage is full of things I am not even remotely qualified to use, but I keep coming back for more. Help.

I had a previous on line order which was placed on line although shipped to the san Ramon store in san Ramon California. After weeks of not getting a order update on status. I headed to the store location, after customer service counter advised me that they didn’t see it. They informed me to go to flooring and inquire.

Lisa from flooring and window treatments, was probably the most amazing and out going Home Depot employee I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She literally would not and didn’t give up until my order was tracked down and in the end she found the item In the back warehouse part of the store.

All the employees are very helpful and the checkout employees are very kind and fast. This home depot mainly has everything I need in stock. Also if you are looking for a home depot that isnt very crowded go to this one it's mainly not crowded.
