AT&T Store

Marianne is AMAZING. She was very helpful and patient explaining all my options to get my damaged phone working again. In the end, I got my phone fixed at zero cost due to protection plan that I didn't know I had. This gives me time to backup everything on my phone before I upgrade it to a newer version. Highly recommend this store for an awesome customer service experience.

Safi was really helpful in fixing issues with e-sim registration on my recent mobile. He also helped check few details on account and shared useful info about protection plans that are beneficial to me. I really appreciate the help that placed customer first.

I switched carriers to AT&T mobile and firstly, I already see the superior service, speed and reliability compared to my previous provider, Xfinity. Yes, I'm paying a bit more now but you get what you pay for and Xfinity could not have provided this higher level of service (both in technology and customer care) even if they tried. The AT&T website, clarity of billing, ease of managing your account and overall customer service is far superior in leaps and bounds. It's only been a short time but if this reliability and quality continues, I will be a loyal long term customer for sure. Lastly, the store representative who assisted me named Safi S. in San Ramon, CA, was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and very helpful! I realize even though it’s someone’s job to try and upsell and I was asked about other services, I didn’t feel pressured and this always makes things much less stressful or frustrating. Overall, I can clearly see the value of AT&T’s services and customer care so if you are on the fence about switching carriers, do consider AT&T for all of the above reasons.

I will share my story
My father and mother in their 80s. They only know how to make a phone call on their phones. For emergency, they don't text, they don't check a voicemail
My father went to the danville location and bought two brand new cellphones for him and my mother
Whoever helped him told him there was nobody there to turn them on he had to go elsewhere AND no apot needed.
I have several issues with this
First of all, danville kid, you took advantage of somebody that was older and has no knowledge of any kind of cell phone stuff and set him out of there with two phones not activated and i'm pissed
I Ended up on the phone with the main. AT&T 877 or 800 number. People, the man was very helpful. He totally understood my frustrations with what happened with my father
definitely they needed an appointment
The nice man booked me appointment for my father that day over the phone and I specifically sent my father to the San Ramon sunset location with what he needed on his phone, nothing more, nothing, less.
I spoke to my father the next morning. He said both phones were on but We waited for 2 hours and I said, dad. Can you imagine without an appointment? Like those other people told you, you'd have been there. Half the day, these people are busy.
So I just wanted to thank also Irene Bell in the Sonora branch with her help in this matter.
Sonora location would be my store. I'm closer to them, so that's who I reached out to Irene was very helpful.
Miss lady in San Ramon on sunset drive, you know who you are, you know who my father probably is when you had him for an appointment if you do. I'm just reaching out to let you know how much. I appreciate you and you taking the time to listen to what my father needed and helping him and sending him out of there with a pretty good experience.
All I can say is whoever talked to my father. The 2 times at the danville location. Boo boo boo on you. I have told my parents never to go back there again!

Safi was excellent and very helpful. He solved our problem quickly and was very courteous.

Gabriel was super helpful and quickly resolved our issues. He was very passionate about his job and made us more comfortable getting new phones. I would definitely go back knowing people like Gabriel are going to help me get what I need!

Akasysia helped me out today I came in today just for Wi-Fi services and akasysia was so helpful and informative. She was actually able to bundle me Wi-Fi and phone for the same price that I was paying for just phone service with another carrier… when I tell you I was beyond overjoyed! First time coming to Att&t and I’m very excited thanks for great comparable prices and really friendly staff.. I definitely would recommend this location! Also she deserves Give her a Raise for amazing customer service skills 😊

Went into the Bishop Ranch AT&T store (next to Chipotle) the other day, and were totally blown away by the amazing knowledge, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness from Jessica regarding different plans and phones that may be the best for our family. We ended up switching to AT&T Fiber and upgrading to a couple of new iPhone 14 Max Pros because of the amazing details and incentives they are having. More importantly, we came out of the store learning a lot more about the different options available to us. Highly recommend this AT&T branch, and if possible, making an appointment with Jessica. She is very knowledgeable and experienced but a really good listener in terms of providing honest suggestions on what is best for your situation, with absolutely no pressure. Amazing experience!!

Our sales associate, Arcadio in San Ramon, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Our trade in phones needed updates (and some other technical issues) but he resolved them quickly and easily. He stayed past closing to make sure we were up and running right away. Great service!

I walked in today in hopes of getting some help with a long term issue caused by a trade in. Arcadio went above and beyond, utilizing patience and understanding in my request—and getting the issue resolved. He was most accommodating and repeated a lot for me as I am a lip reader and legally and profoundly deaf. He knew his job well, and executed it professionally. There was a lot of down time while waiting for people on the other end to research, and he was very personable. They are lucky to have him there as an employee who looks out for the customer as their number one.

I came into the store needing help with billing/reward card issues. I was greeted and helped by Alyssa and she made it such an easy process. Great customer service, so polite and helpful, positive attitude, and resolved all issues I had. Alyssa is the perfect example of an awesome, hard working individual in the customer service industry. Thank you Alyssa!!

Ellie at the San Ramon store is awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She has a pleasant demeanor and took her time to answer all my questions. She explained my new phone to me, the pros and cons, and wrote down all my options. I sincerely appreciate the time she took with me during the entire purchase and consider myself lucky to have had her experience as a guide.

She helped me out so well, was very nice and patient, it was my first time doing things by myself as a kid. She helped me fix issues with other things as well, she definitely deserves the best! Thanks to her and everyone that helped me out, I believe her name was jorydann

Jeff was able to fix a blunder made on to my dad’s old grandfathered account of 20 years. He definitely deserves a raise! If my dad couldn’t go back to his old account he would have been paying over $100 and extra fees for calling his relatives overseas. Now he’s back to paying $80 and has his original rollover minutes.
