Upon my recent visit to Target in San Ramon, California, I found solace in the abundance of offerings. From home adornments to sturdy furnishings, the store presented a rich tapestry of choices. Notably, the organic produce section stood as a testament to nature's bounty. Amidst the aisles, I found tranquility in the orderly arrangement and the courteous demeanor of the staff. Target in San Ramon embodies virtue, offering both goods of quality and service of distinction.

Nicely maintained store. Competitive price. There is CSV pharmacy inside. Most items are less expensive compared to the closest cvs in market place. Limited grocery items and fresh meat. There is Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. After remodeling restrooms are neatly maintained.

Hands down the best Target I've been in! Super clean and we'll organized and very well stocked! Doesn't mean that seasonal special items aren't going to sell out fast but they have them where a lot of the other targets don't even get them. If you're wanting Christmas stuff I would go early they've already changed over displays twice that I've seen.

I cannot begin to describe how incredible the customer service is at this location! Truly reflects Target values and what it means to help another person with their needs. Thank you so much to Sebastian and the several people who diligently helped me with getting these Peeps cups for my kids’ Easter party. Sebastian was so wonderful every day that I went into the store in hopes of getting these cups, and the other day, I was finally able to buy a bunch! Thank you!!

This is the first time I have placed an online order for instore pickup. Super easy and the order was accurate. The employees at the pickup spot were super friendly and helpful.

I love this target 🎯.They have very beautiful collection of home decor stuff.Always clean and organized and lots of parking.I also use the online pick from store service.

This place is much larger than the one close to my home. They even have a Disney Store!! I hope the Disney store expands inside but for now it's a small section of the toy area. This place has two entrances, one close to the pharmacy and the other entrance by the pickup area.

I had to take a 40 minute drive to pick up an order because my Target didn't have the item in stock in my regular store online. However this pickup experience was quick and easy and the staff member who delivered my item to my car was friendly and practiced social distance by placing the item in my trunk for me. It was a bit of a drive but a pleasant experience all-in-all!

I want to show some appreciation for Sui, who was working at the self checkout when we came in this last weekend. We bought some bar stools that came in big boxes, and realized the only way to fit them in the car was to remove them from the boxes. We were not sure what to then do with the boxes, and I figured we might have to figure out how to break them down in the parking lot and find a dumpster, but when we took them inside Sui said he would take care of them and we could leave them there! He was also super helpful when we were checking out said large boxes. I really appreciated his help, and will definitely return to this Target when I am in the area.

Neat, well stocked. Find mostly everything under one roof. Lately, I noticed more employees in the store. It’s a good sign because if we have to check and ask something there is always someone nearby to help.

I have been shopping at San Ramon for years. The remodel has been amazing and really opened the store up. The food area could use help staying in stock and the cleanliness, but it happens. What i would like to rave about are the employees, Especially this young, vibrant, woman who I have had the pleasure to have the highest customer satisfaction from, twice! She has gone above and beyond to help me and the first time I was blown away. On the days I’m in Target and I don’t get have an encounter with her, you can see her smiling face helping everyone else in the store. Always smiling, always greeting guest, always talking with her peers. I can’t help but smile when I’m around people who still show Chivalry. I want to take this time to let this woman know, she is a shining star and the definition of outstanding customer service, and an all around sweet hearted. I believe her name was Noel or Nicole?

Highly recommend primarily for ease of use and customer service. I have found the Target store drive/pickup procedures to be the easiest to use during this time of COVID and the multiple times I have placed orders, there has never been any issue with delays or missing items. Additionally, the staff is always very courteous no matter at which Target in whatever state I visit.

Target is great for getting a variety of things you need at one location. They make sure not too many people are in the store. When you arrive they clean a cart for you and then they cleaned the entire check out area before I went through! Target went above and beyond to protect their customers!

I live 200 miles away, in northern California. I have stopped in this store twice in the last 10 years. I found myself on a lengthy drive with a desire for a stretch. I convinced myself I needed a travel mug. I stepped into the store, and because of the large size of the store, I hijacked the first store employee I saw. He dropped what he was doing, personally walked me back the the appropriate section and handed me off to the store expert concerning travel mugs. He found me the perfect item. After paying for it, I discovered it was half the price I thought it should have been, so I went back for another. The same assistant appeared, understood my desire for another container, and went into the back to find me another.
I talked with 4 different Target workers that day. Every one of them went way out of their way to assist me, with a GREAT attitude. Completely unexpected, and completely appreciated. AWESOME

The ladies working in the Technology Department were super helpful! I bought the wrong sized screen protector for my phone and one of the young ladies on the staff helped me return it and get the right size. She even installed it on my phone! She was super nice and I was so thankful. I’m also nine months pregnant, so it was hard to get around the store, I was really appreciative.
