Quick trip for one item. The store is convenient, and I visit to help keep it in the area, which needs a discount store. The prices are not unreasonable and the store is clean and inviting. Check it out.

Very pleasant store employees! At closing time this evening (5/17/2023) a guest initiated an altercation with an employee. The store manager stepped in and diffused the situation professionally. The other employees at check out remained extremely professional, friendly, and helpful to the rest of the people in line! I was only able to get the name of my check-out person, Dani. She was so friendly! Major cudos to the whole team.

I’ve shopped at alot of Racks and this one was really nice, the customer service was SUPERB…a wide variety to choose from

I really like Nordstorm Rack and Nordstorm in general, I once managed to purchase 15 pairs of shoes with my friend - she also got 15 or near 15 pairs and we got it all at extremely EXTREMELY low prices, but now you can’t actually find more than a single brand of shoes as they seem to favorize only one brand. Also, if you are looking for male stuff, you can surely find better deals at men’s department then on the women’s  - not sure why, but they put better deals on male clothes. However, I found a great sweater on Women’s department and the deal was great! What I don’t like is that the check in line is everything but marked, so people don’t know where to stand. On the bright side, there is a lot of parking space and I heard the Black Friday here brings awesome deals.

I pick up my online orders and have not had a problem. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

They got shoes and frying pans and hats and luggage and denim and all the stuff in between. Oh and a wall of just... Socks! Who doesn't love a good Nordy Rack Attack!

Wow, I shopped here in March 2022 and the service was lovely! Staff were helpful while I was looking through the racks and kind and pleasant when I tried on many many clothes in the changing rooms.

I am not always happy with the racks and racks of polyester blouses. But I found a few gems. But what really stood out was that I felt warmly welcomed by the staff.

LOCATION: safe area well lit clean with plenty of parking and other retailers and restaurants around. No panhandling or a suspicious activity.

PRICE: $$$$ expect to spend at least $100 if you're going in there with only one idea of buying something expect to come out with three articles of items or clothing the stuff is nice and the price is fair but it is expensive.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: awesome customer service the cashiers were very helpful the people on the floor not so much but they were busy so it was understandable if they didn't get out of their way to come and ask if you needed help. The cashiers were calm and quick they assisted me very professionally and accurately.

EXPERIENCE: nice store it was a good sunny day there was some crowds some people but everybody maintained their distance and it was a reliable Nordstrom rack experience and I will definitely go there again and if you're around it's definitely worth the drive

Great experience here, found a great deal on footwear.. they carry expensive brands of bags, clothes, and accessories and skin care, but there is a good discount on them.

Shopped there a few days ago and noticed there is a lot less stock to choose from than normal. However I was not disappointed as I found plenty of items I would enjoy purchasing!! N-Rack stays true to their image of. high value and super- discounted prices for name brand and designer clothes and shoes. One if my favorite places to shop!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Accommadating as well. Found a nice pair of boots and plenty of room to shop. Inventory (to me) not too much of a variety. But tge experince was quite pleasant.

Great sales team. They were pleasant and accommodating in the dressing room, on the sales floor, and at the checkout. Line moved quickly, depts were organized. Store overall was much cleaner and inviting that other outlets. I will definitely return.

Great store with good selection of merchandise for women, men and children. They also have beauty products and decorative items, linens, pillows etc. and in particular this location. It's always clean and organized. The staff are helpful and pleasant.

My favorite store. I always find what I need and more. Great shoe selection, men& women's. I love earring shopping there. It's my go to place! Service is always great & eager to help. Lines to check out can be long at times but they move fast. I always over spend due to the great product! Only one thing negative to add...NOTHING is in it's correct place. It's unorganized. Sizes out of place. Oh, and it's always WAY to hot inside. No air. Other then than that...5 star

Nordstrom Rack in Emeryville is clean well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lines for paying for your merchandise or returning something moves fast. My neighbors and i are going to be shopping there for CHRISTMAS and more

I was. Kinda disappointed.o.k.it was a berry special day it was mi big girldime peace birthdate I had already kop some.fashion nova on line went to the stores fa toys man when I say they ain't gone not a damn thang on the shelves
