Going in and out of the parking lot of this shopping center can be tricky. Be careful.

Visited this Starbucks during the day because of the free Volta car charging in the parking lot and did school work on my laptop in the lobby. During my time here, I noticed a lot of the baristas were very friendly to their customers which is great! The baristas like to take their breaks and meetings at the table nearest to the left wall upon entry, so make sure not to sit there. As for laptop charging, there's only two spots to charge. Unfortunately, the power outlets underneath the benches aren't plugged in or doesn't work.

Great service and workers are super friendly. Came on Saturday around 5 and it was super busy, but these baristas are fast and make delicious drinks thank you. They have indoor and outdoor seating here and great atmosphere for both.

SBUX has more consistently provided me the typically precise recipes that I’ve usually ordered more often than other coffee cafe’s that I rarely patronize because of a few odd circumstances which leave me little alternatives for procuring even the unpopular odd beverages on limited, obscure, and avoidable menu option when what I really wish for is almost anything from Starbucks.

“You know you want it!” At that point I a devices to find the nearest Starbucks. Even on the worst of days we should get the most satisfying beverages; morning, noon, or night.

I’m still surprised how Starbucks has a secret menu that I never noticed being promoted.

If you are new to drinking better cafe beverages, come when it isn’t busy. The employees are all usually wonderfully chatty. Especially at this location, off Powell Street. Tell them what kind of beverage you want. Ask them for advice.

This location has the feel of a WiFi cafe. People watch; network; flirt; concentrate; stand; sit. Keep your eyes and ears open. Someone might want to talk.

Lots of ways to plug in your electronics.

Note: I don’t like signing-in to use WiFi. I don’t like being forced to do anything when it comes to my devices, or interfaces. I’m not sure why SBUX won’t let you use their WiFi without registering.

I purchased my usual matcha latte, but saw a beautiful stainless steel mermaid colored cup on the shelf. The barista (whose name I can’t remember) was very helpful with getting the cup off of the shelf and explaining my points! When I visit the area again, I’ll be sure to pop in for my usual!

Always has a great staff no matter what.

Friendly staff, goes out of their way to get your order. Busy, but you move through the line quickly. Outdoor seating, not in the sun, so pleasant on a warm day. Standard Starbucks menu so you always find your favorite! Staff keeps up with cleaning and trash and recycle.

My favorite Starbucks coffee spot i come here for my espresso chai with white mocha and it always tastes yummy one of the barista called T is always really friendly and attentive.

This is my go-to location when leaving the City. They're always pretty busy, but also very efficient. Today was my first time visiting since COVID hit, and they are ON. POINT. Enforced social distancing, signs at the entrance with the max number of guests, and mask enforcement. An unmasked patron was asked to go to Old Navy next door to purchase a mask, but they could not be in the store. I appreciate it!

I was able to walk in and order my coffee. There was no line when I entered and walked right to the register. They have plexi around their counter area. Social distancing circles on the floor. Bathrooms are currently closed. You can still buys coffee and merchandise from the counter too you just have to ask the employee.

Most reliable Starbucks back when I worked in Emeryville. They exceed expectations with online orders, and the indoor environment is generally cool to hang out. Big table or a few small tables to get your work done or just read the paper. I have no need to visit anymore, but if I'm in town and want some Italian Roast, I know where to go.

Ive never had a bad drink from here, there are plenty of other starbucks in the area but this location is hands down the best! The staff is always friendly and efficient. Busy at times but I'll wait because I appreciate a good barista!

The new supervisor Derrick has excellent customer service!! Always on top of everything and makes sure I have my order perfect! Deserves a raise and needs to apply to become a manager!

We walked over from the Marriott to get coffee and matcha. My husband was hesitant because he doesn’t usually like Starbucks espresso drinks but he was going along with it for me. Both of our drinks were excellent and the maple pecan muffins that we got for our kids were phenomenal. The cashier and barista were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

My daughter wanted a captain crunch drink from the Starbucks secret menu so I got up to grab her one the first 2 stores said they couldn't make it they said they weren't that experienced on making it since they never have and didn't want to mess it up which I appreciated so at my last try I called up this Starbucks and asked and the gentleman on the phone said of course they can just bring us the recipe and the rest is Starbucks history..everybody was nice and got it made promptly and my daughter loved it so thank you and we'll see u guys soon..😎👍☕

Staff here was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were what we’ve come to expect from the Starbucks brand. Vibe here is always pleasant and inviting as well.

Ive only been here 3 times and the barista remembered my order.

Decently sized Starbucks. Very friendly staff! I even got a sample of a new drink!
