They have a fantastic cat! Any Home Depot with a cat gets five stars, right? Also, the person whose help I had to interrupt to find the Allen wrenches was very polite and helpful, despite my interruption.

I love this store, great employees. I left my phone there one time, I went back 30 minutes later and the manager had it in her office for me. Thank you guys so much for saving my phone!

I have been coming here for years and when I was a Cal student ages ago it was just the same! Without a doubt it's the best laundry in Berkely. The owner is often on site and he is super friendly and helpful. It's a part of the Berkeley community and it shows.

Big parking lot but its very crowded on the morning so be on time so u can make u purchase with not stress the staff its very professional but it hass bad staff when u ask questions they just said "im sorry its not my department and just walke away

Well-appointed and clean store. Shoutout to Willie P. of the gardening section - dropped everything to get me the store's last Princess bush, very knowledgeable on other plants too.

Has everything you need for your bob the builder inspired kicks. The staff has been super friendly when I’ve been here, just approach them as humans and you’ll get a human response back. Love to see that they employ lots of women as well, pretty diverse bunch of great customer servants. I have talked the ear off a few of the staff, as I have a general idea and plan of what I want to do when I come in, but a little fine tuning is always a great idea.

Jan at the self-checkout was helpful along with her colleague. We were out in a jiffy.

Any time I walk in Home Depit, I am eager to see what's new for home improvement! There's always something happening that's more innovative or fun!
Whether it's a light switch or some Comet for a Dollar, I always leave there happy!

I'm a handyman with my own business and I often need some obscure pieces and parts and this Home Depot never ceases up amaze me! This is THE Home Depot that has it all... Including the most knowledgeable staff, incredible management and customer service! It's clean and well kept and should be the example all other stores live up to. I go out of my way to come to this Home Depot for that very reason.

Had a good experience here with recieving workers, fast, it's tight backing in to the dock because the pallets in the way, and security is another story.. telling me I have to move until plant truck is done, where the... am I gonna move a 53 ft truck at 0600 in the morning, gave them a review at the plaza, but this Home depot was fast, and friendly.

This Home Depot has all the departments as every other HD. It may also be the same people cloned and planted at each home Depot location worldwide. Possible reptilian influence in tool selection and prices. Definitely illuminati influence in the paint department. Psst, they put tiny microphones in the paint so they can hear if you're properly applying their product . World dominance one wall at a time. The garden department was most likely a CIA front to launder dark money through legal plant sales. Everything was suspect. They had cameras pointed at other cameras... Spy Ops for sure. Top notch clear hummingbird food too. The music feels as if subliminal suggestions are peppered throughout the smooth instrumental sounds of Neil Diamond.
I bought a fridge for me igloo. That's what tipped me off to the subliminal suggestions.
The lumber and building materials department at the end of every Depot really kept me on my toes. I'm fairly certain the man that cut my 20', 2x4" into 2 centimeter segments was a military bio droid. His AI was set to sarcasm and accuracy. Which I greatly appreciated. I did self checkout because I don't trust the friendly helpful staff. I swear I've been here before...

After being redirected from employee to employee, to a distracted manager, a young man named John took the time to actually help me and find a responsive manager to answer my question. The manager was off-duty but still offered to help, and provided a great discount for the previous lack of support. John and Ayyub were very helpful and assisted me in carrying a large item. Happy to see there are some great employees and managers at this store.

So awesome! Painting my first room, the bathroom, I had a super easy experience! I just gave it to the gentle man with the home depot vest today around noon. I should've gotten his name but he was super quick, helpful, and had the paint (crimson color) I wanted done lick-a-ty split! He was awesome!! I absolutely recommended this location! Great prices too! We also needed a curtain rod for the hooks we already had installed. The darn thing came with the hooks!!!

This review is specifically for Dan. Dan's Costumer service was excellent. If I had a company I would try to steal him and have come work for me and give him a higher salary! Thank you for being so charming Dan! Sometimes a total stranger can make your day just by being kind. Dan the man!!

Love home depot get anything done around the house any project some people's got the tools every time

This is my favorite bay area home depot. The store is always clean and the employees and management go above and beyond to take care of my needs as a customer. When I can, I always prefer this store even if I have to go out of my way to get here. Last time I bought some glue that had gone bad and they happily replaced it and gave me some of my money back as well. The products I need are also more often in stock at this location as well. Which is copper tubing, copper caps, wire rope and various glues.

Home Depot is worth going to, they have lots of stuff, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a cheap cost. 10/10
