Mrs.Nicole, was a great help to me I've been struggling trying to use my backup for my old phone to retrieve pictures of my two deceased kids. I got tired of taking two phones around with me.Trying to download it. She spent almost two hours with me it meant a whole lot. I haven't gotten my passwords I had the wrong email I know it was frustrating to her but she kept a smile on her face anyway. We need more people like.I love her vibe with her Gospel music and her pretty hair. She really made my day I want to thank her 🥰👍🏽
