AT&T Store

Yesterday and today, my wife and I met with Jon about our Samsung and Google phone issues. He spent over 3 1/2 hours helping us resolve these problems. We realized that to solve the problems, we should get new phones. He was one of the best customer service reps we ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable with the problems and helped us select new phones. He was very patient and didn't try to upsell us. He did such a good job that we switched our Internet, et al, services to ATT.

Not what you might think. Went in for some information on identity theft. Yeah I got hit. The worker was able to pull up information that give me names and numbers that I was able to bring to the police department for further investigation.

Just left the Bolingbrook AT&T store. I left as a satisfied customer once again. Thanks to Rafael the manager and a helpful coworker that solved our problem swiftly.

Sean from this store is literally super AMAZING! I was dealing with this phone issue with tech support for at least 2-3 days where my phone went SOS. Took a leap and decided to stop in store and BOOM, 2 minutes later I was done and out. ABSOLUTE AMAZING SERVICE. Give this guy a big raise, I don’t think this place would be function without him. Also let me tell you about how knowledgeable he is. I was in and out, informed, and done! Great!!

The gentlemen there helped me and were kind, compared to the representatives over the phone who were rude and unhelpful. The staff at the Bolingbrook store were patient and tried to assist in anyway they could!

I am having issues with my phone for 24hrs and came to the At&T shop and Rafael is able to help with the problem less than a minute. Thank you Rafael🙏

Great customer service. Started at 1 store in a different location, ended up having to go back to get something fixed with my service, I was nearby this location and couldn’t have asked for better service. Adrian and Marco are dimes!

Sami was a great help. We were able to make the changes we needed and order new products. I live in Romeoville and still will only go to this ATT store.

Had a fantastic experience with Sam! We upgraded two phones and reviewed our family plan. In the end we upgraded our data plan and ended up saving money on our monthly bill. Sam even stayed past closing time to make sure our phone was activated correctly. Thank you & great job!

The manager Josie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure all her customers are taken care of! Highly recommend and would definitely go back again 10/10!!

I got my galaxy s8 plus phone here and staff was very friendly and courteous. I was attended to fairly quickly considering it was pretty busy the day that I went. The sales woman who helped me was very friendly and new about everything and took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Sean was great... very patience, great communication skill, great customer service skill, transfer phone, very informative on how phone the work. He went that extra mile to make sure my vision impaired father understood how his new phone worked. Thank you Sean
