From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member Joe B, who was eager to assist me. He took the time to listen to my specific needs and provided me with his expert advice on the parts I needed for my vehicle. His professionalism and expertise were truly commendable.

Not only did he help me find the right parts, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that I understood how to install them correctly. Joe patiently answered all my questions and even provided me with some useful tips and tricks to complete the job and ideas for future maintenance.

Staff at this AutoZone went above and beyond to ensure that I had a seamless experience. He guided me through the store, showing me exactly where to find the items I needed. He even took the time to explain how to use certain tools and provided valuable tips to make the repair process easier for me. Highly recommend this store to anyone. If your in need of help with a German car ask for Joe B. Great guy highly knowledgeable in Volkswagen and Audi.

Was having trouble with my truck charging system - needed the alternator tested. I called ahead and talked to Shaun W. - He assured me they could get it tested and to bring it in.
When I arrived the MOD tried to tell me that the 1 person they had trained in the store to do that test wasn’t there, and they wouldn’t be able to do it. Even scolding Shaun for telling me over the phone to come in. The young man Shaun said he absolutely knew how to test it. He was resilient and it was great to see a young man with drive. Another guy Joe B. came from the back room to help try and troubleshoot my problem after the alternator tested out fine. Both gentleman helped tremendously and wanted to find a solution to my problem. The MOD however talked down to them and treated Shaun poorly. That’s not how you keep workers around that are actually trying to help the customers you have!

Just left your loft on west Silverspring drive and the customer care was way over the top. Not only was the care good the team work Displayed between Antwan, Isaiah and Jordan is the kind of employee any company should be glad to have and appreciate. Isaiah and Antwan went above and beyond to help me today! I have a 2017 Mercedes Benz and I needed my battery replaced no one wanted to help because they weren’t sure if the job was to complicated but Isaiah was determined to change the battery and Antwan assisted him through the entire process! And Antwan hadn’t clocked into work just yet when he started to help Isaiah ! These two deserve a raise because their customer service was excellent! They saved me a lot of money today !! This will be my go to store since the experience so so pleasant with these gentle men!

Let me just say that we really still have good people that don’t mind doing their job. I went to this location and from start to finish Jordan Johnson went above and beyond. He stood in the cold at 9:30 and put the headlight in, then the car wouldn’t start due to the key fob battery. He never once showed frustration, he found the right battery and popped it in and got me back on the road🙏🏾🙏🏾 I tried to tip him and he said no ma’am, I was glad to help just make it home safely🥹After a trying day sometimes you just need to go to places where people love what they do and are good at it. I would give 10 stars but give this young man a raise and promotion!!

This is my second time in this particular store and I must say it was an awesome experience! Our assistant Dennis took great care of our need and truly listened to our concerns. Also KJ assisted with additional questions and his knowledge on that area made it even more of a plus.. Originally went to the Dollar store next door for a few items , and when I came back out my car wouldn’t start. Fortunately, Auto Zone was next door and two employees by the name of D and Dom, were very very helpful and went above and beyond of whats already expected out of them to help me out ! Turns out my battery died and they set me up with getting exactly what I needed. I would definitely come back again because of this experience. These two employees are definitely an amazing example of great hospitality and they represent the company beautifully!!

Deshawn W installed my battery in the cold. I told him I could do it but didn’t have the tools. He said no need to worry he was going to take care of me. Very pleased with the service!

I have a great mechanic who recommends AutoZone as the place to get all the parts for my truck and van. And he's never wrong! This location has wonderful employees who always KNOW what I need AND have in stock. If this store doesn't have it you can pay for your items at the store you are at, then go pick up the items. The fantastic employees are always happy to help and are knowledgeable which helps the customers determine what's wrong. They always go out of their way to make sure you have all you need to complete the repairs for your vehicle.

I’m a truck driver. Yesterday (on Sunday), my phone suddenly stopped charging, I was left without a means of communication, went to Milwaukee in transit, didn’t know where to fix the phone, looked into this AutoZone location and meet two wonderful employees - Devajio T. and Jonathan R. Although fixing my phone is not part of their obligation, but they did it! In short, these guys are real professionals in dealing with the client! I am very grateful to them🙏🙏

Jerell was very helpful in helping obtain my battery and was even nice enough to go the extra mile in helping me install it. The customer service was a 10/10 and if I have any other problems I know that he or anyone else would be happy to help.

I called because my battery needed replacing and I wanted to know if they would install it. The young woman who answered the phone told me that she would need to check the battery’s accessibility to be able to tell me if they could. When I arrived, I called to ask if someone could come and check the battery. She came right out and after looking at my Honda CRV‘s battery location, told me I would need to go to my dealership because of the sensors that were attached. She was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. She even dropped my hood so that I could drive off without getting out of my car again, I highly recommend this location. Great work, Myra. You positively represent AutoZone. You deserve a raise!! 😊

These guys definitely get it and definitely dump the clutch for anything you need and they’re open 24/7! 10/10 customer experience and knowledge. Definitely tell everyone to come here, your mom, dad, neighbor, uncle that gets too drunk at Christmas, boss, sister’s socially awkward boyfriend that wrenches on cars.

Alexis went the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met. After checking another location for the part we needed, Alexis assured us that if the location couldn’t provide the battery installation, she’d take care of us. Luckily, the store with the part also went above and beyond and completed the battery installation. Thank you all for providing excellent customer service!

I came to get my dead car battery replaced, and your employee Arelee helped me. Arelee was incredibly kind and personable. He spent a hour in the freezing cold to help me jumpstart my car, replace my battery, and check my alternator. I have never submitted a review before, but Arelee is a fantastic employee and undoubtedly deserves it.

Glenda was awesome at assisting me with the parts I needed. She was very polite and knowledgeable about my car issue and parts. Anytime I need parts I’ll be returning to this location and requesting assistance from Glenda.
