I’ve been selling at platos for quite a while now. This location is so much better than the one in san mateo. This was my second time here and the staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Sara (she was the best). The wait time was surprisingly short for how many people were ahead of me. They buy your items for a decent price and a great way to give your clothes a new life. I wish they had more locations in the city.

Kira was so kind and amazing! We came around closing time but she went through all our clothes in such a short time. I will definitely be back to sell/buy more clothes.

This place is much much better than the Goodwill or the salvation army. The clothes are clean the shoes are virtually new I'm surprised that more people don't know about this place
