I don’t usually have a good time shipping things out. It’s inconvenient but Katherine made the experience easy and welcomed me with a smile. Amazing service!!!

Firstly,I did check out the reviews of the store before I decided to return Amazon products here. And I saw so many bad reviews, which made me a little nervous before I came here.i went to the store today. And it was great, a really nice employee immediately helped me out, the return process only took me less than 2 mins.Thx a lot tho

On a Monday late afternoon, I submitted a simple request to print 2 pages online, and it said I had to pick it up on Wednesday. I couldn't wait that long, so I called. One of the employees helped expedite my request. That was very kind. Thank you!

I had a small package with some eyeglasses to be fixed, not only this was so expensive for the weight of the sunglasses but the owner an Indian woman was very condescending, just like the old idiot owner of the store on Hickey Blvd, I believe that is her father. Why this people own business beat me. they think of themselves above their customer. FU. never will they make anymore money out of me. Fedex ima coming.

I needed to change out a page after dropping off a document. I called to let them know and they had it there waiting for me when I came back

I had everything ready, they were fast and helpful. No problem at all.

This place is almost always busy. I've only gone in for Amazon returns but it's been fine so far. Employees were attentive and efficient. They even walked me through how to use the new self service kiosk, which is a game changer. My only complaint is that they could be a bit more courteous. But I also understand what it's like to have no break in between customers. Their customer experience could improve by simply acknowledging customers when they get in the door, perhaps even having a floater that addresses needs of those waiting in line.

This UPS is clean; and the staff is courteous and helpful. There are plenty of parking in the plaza. If you avoid the weekends, when most people shop and eat out in nearby markets and restaurants, coming here to take care of any shipping stuff is a breeze.
