Kris was fantastic! He came right out to test our vehicle, when we asked for help diagnosing our check-engine light on our Mercedes. Kris was friendly, enthusiastic to answer any questions we had, and explained the possible issues that could be causing the light to be coming on. We were able to purchase something he recommended (a carbon filter) that was relatively inexpensive and he even gave us the YouTube link for how to install it ourselves. He is a customer service superstar and
his willingness to just come out and offer to help out was a very pleasant surprise to find these days. We'll be back! Thanks again!

My car headlight bulb went out. Randy went above and beyond to double check I was purchasing the correct replacement and offered to install it for me. Great customer service and very efficient.

Had an overall wonderful experience at this store. Came in after my battery wouldn't start and needed to immediately replace it as I had my 3 year old son in tow (who was in quite the ornery mood) and couldn't risk my car dying again on me that day.
We went in requesting a new battery and they were happy to find us a new battery, but with the current staffing shortages, they were not sure if they could squeeze in the install. After a few minutes helping customers in line, they let me know Chris could fit in our install!!
After he helped me select the best option battery for our car, he took great care and attention to remove my old one, and install the new battery. He was super friendly and worked diligently to make sure it was installed correctly and was super understanding when my son was starting to loose his 3yr old mind.
Great service, and Chris is great people!! Many thanks to O'Reilly Auto Parts for making the time for me, and ensuring my family is safe on the road. Kudos!

Went in because my battery died yesterday. They came out to check my battery and when I began to pay for a new one the guys behind the counter realized(without my asking) that the old one was still under warrantee - which meant it was free! If that wasn't grand enough ,as I began to install the new one in my car in the parking lot, one of the guys came out with tools in hand and helped me to install it on the spot. They turned what was initially a bummer of an event into a very nice experience and reminded me why it really does "pay" to patronize our local shops.

My neighborhood Orielys is pretty good. You have to understand retail side of things as well as know what you dealing with [automotive]. These guys know their stuff and customer service is great from what see.

Randy (mgr?) saw me carrying a heavy car battery out to my car and offered to install it for me right on the spot. I really appreciated it, I was able to go to work right after.

Had a dead battery and they installed a new one for me with no charge, plus helped me save extra money. Great customer service!

Loads of windshield wipers and a variety of wiper fluids. Find a steering wheel grip cover thing for your steering wheel (I did). They let you fill your washer fluid in the parking lot. They've got computers and can look up anything you need as long as you know the make and model of your vehicle.

Timmothy Hale is such a big help to everyone !!! The community loves him !! Great store ! And JP is awesome too !!
