I came there stressed out of my mind but not only he was able to have me leaving with a good phone, I also love how respectful he was to my little cousin and her enthusiasm because I was genuinely confused on how it goes getting a new phone. Went to get my fiber optic cable set up at this store. Derrick greeted and helped me promptly. Got me all set up quickly and efficiently. Another employee, Trinton looked over my bills and services and set me up to save $10 since I was already enrolled in autopay. Both of them made me aware that even though I’m not fully done paying off my plane for my previous phone that I could trade it in and get money off the new iPhone 15 and it would help to lower my bill even more. Shout out to these gents and the rest of the staff, super positive experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Christine took care of me. She was great! Why sit for an hour on a wait list at the Town Center store when you can be in and out in a few minutes here? Highly recommend.

Stopped by this store last week after having a negative experience at another AT&T store in the area. I was to the point of changing carriers but this visit changed my mind. I was greeted by Chelsea who was friendly, knowledgeable, and just flat out helpful. She went above and beyond what is required of a sales associate, an exemplary employee. Amber came over as Chelsea was assisting me, and she was another engaging and knowledgeable employee. She offered suggestions/solutions to my questions using personal experiences and preferences. Chelsea and Amber both displayed a mastery of products/services offered by AT&T as well as the ability to communicate that with customers. I will most definitely use this location again and it is a DIRECT result of my experience with these two outstanding and model employees!!

Was on the road traveling when I was notified about a potential change in my plan. Stopped in with a question about what is going on with my plan. Chelsea took the time to assist and went above and beyond to provide superior customer service. Her demeanor and caring manner should be modeled by all. Even while under the corporate pressure to sell and produce, she understands customer care and service.

Needed to make a change in my phone plan and was very happy when the manager took the time to work with me for over 30 Minutes figuring out which plan was best for me! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend this store - very thorough and patient!

Such a great place to get a phone. Associate Brea is supremely knowledgeable about all the products and greets you with a smile. She was even able to help me process an insurance claim when I smashed my phone in my truck's tailgate. I always go here for all my mobile phone needs.
