great coffee at a cheap price, and they have a drive thru

The girls are very sweet and friendly. And the little lunch sandwiches taste awesome.... but they never get my order right. Like ever. I even make sure to say "On ciabatta bread" or like or "No honey mustard" 2 or 3 times and it's still always wrong. And they are pretty slow so I don't have time to get it fixed. I work down the street and I eat here like 3 times a week. I just wish the would get my order correct, it would be 5 stars if the staff were trained but they seem clueless.

They fixed it!!! They get my order right every time now. I get lunch here almost every day. The iced caramel latte is THE BEST

I love when Ms. Keyshia is there! She is always so sweet and welcoming and makes my mocha just right! I love White Bison’ mochas! They are delicious and I pick one up before work each morning.

I work across the street so I walk over often to grab a coffee. The staff are always super kind and my coffee is always great as well!

Great customer service!!

This location is about 65/35 on my regular order. I think everyone there is always cheerful and kind. But some days the coffee frappe is missing the concentrated mix and regular coffee is used. Outside of that it’s on my list as one of the better locations to stop at. It’s also in a good location and often stays busy.

Found this place on Google maps thinking it would be a good place to study on my way back from the airport. It's kind of just like a starbucks in a gas station. The outdoor seating is nice, but the music was too loud and annoying to do any studying.

This used to be my favorite coffee spot but the Harding Place location is really bad. They are short staff at the Shell location so they have people running the gas/convenience part of the store and switch to being a barista. They have no idea what they’re doing and have clearly not been trained on customer service. They are not rude - just really lack social awareness.

Terrible customer service at this location. We were in the drive thru and asked for a minute to decide what we wanted and then it took several minutes to get someone back to take our orders. And they sounded less than thrilled to be dealing with us.

Once we pulled up to the window and waited for about 5 mins before anyone even came to talk to us. And then waited another 10ish minutes for our coffees (we only ordered 4). The guy behind us left because he was tired of waiting for so long.
If you're in a hurry and like upbeat, positive customer service then stay away from this place

Wishing 1 could leave 0 stars. This is my normal morning breakfast and coffee spot on my way to work. Not anymore. I say in the drivethru for 10 minutes to not even move. I went inside only to stand there for another 15 minutes. Sad to say I'm leaving without my latte or breakfast. Ever since the new "manager" Nichole stress the places service has gone down exponentially. Fire Nicole and bring back customer service ti this place.
