AT&T Store

From the moment my wife and I came in we were greeted and helped out right away. We came in with the intent to open new phone lines and home internet. We are now happy AT&T customers. With the help of Alfredo we were able to get additional savings on top of the promotions they had going on. The process was smooth and efficient. We were on a time crunch because I had to be at work by a certain time and with Arturo covering everything from A-Z and we able to be in and out in less than an hour compared to other visits with other companies that make take more than an hour. Thank you so much for your help.

Will be coming back! Great service!

Arturo was great to my husband and I! We had been looking for an internet/phone line that worked best for us and he made it possible. He was very kind to explain in detail what the promotions consisted of and did everything he could so that we could get a good deal.

This store in particular did better than others I've been to. Went to trade in my phone for the $1000 trade-in at another store and it was nothing but issues. Went to this one and they made it happen no problem.

AT&T store in Niles, IL provided me an excellent customer service, in October 2023. The customer service rep, Mr. Carlos was wonderful, made himself available to clear all my doubts and to guide me through the process of switching to a new device. The entire team in that store was really helpful, all youngsters, energetic and knowledgeable about the technology.
Really appreciates their help and recommend this store everyone.

This dude's like the Drake of customer service, always in his feels to help out. I swear, he's got more bars than my favorite TikTok rap battle. 💃💯

I hit him up like, "Zach, my phone's moving slower than me before my morning coffee. Help a sis out!" And he's like, "Say less, we're about to boost that phone so it's faster than a cat video going viral." 🐱🚀

But wait, it gets wilder. Zach starts dropping tech knowledge on me like he's the DJ spinning the latest hits. He's like, "We're gonna optimize your data flow, refresh your settings, and give your phone a virtual high-five." 🤖🙌

I'm telling you, talking to Zach was like attending a lit tech party in my DMs. He's got more swag than a dancing avocado emoji, and his energy's brighter than my selfie ring light. 💃🥑✨

Long story short, Zach is the MVP of AT&T. If he was a meme, he'd be the one that never dies. So, shoutout to my dude for turning my phone from a potato to a Ferrari. You the real one, Zach! 📱🏎🙌

I came to the store there was Carlos that help me ,he is a very helpful person I wish you had more people like him, I want to thank him .

My wife and I are returning customers and we are upgrading from an iPhone 14 max to a 15 max. Ez process and friendly staff as always thanks Carlos.

Zach was very helpful with my issue. His positive attitude and expertise were top notch.

I have to say I am not easily impressed but the overall quality of service and care that I received at this particular location is beyond reproach between the associate cat and the manager Dion. This store will be the only store I use for my AT&T mobility needs. Excellent service and customer service

We have always had great customer service at this Nile location and today was no exception. Kevin was quick to understand our needs and fix the problems we were experiencing. He answered all of our questions concisely and in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to Kevin, we walked out of the store with smiles.
