I don’t even know where to start with how amazing this store is!! I have frequented many locations especially in the Houston area (Galleria and Highland Village stores), but this store has always been the one I have the best finds at!!

On my last visit, I unfortunately did not leave with any cool finds. However, I got a taste of how amazing their customer service is here. I left a pair of fairly expensive sunglasses in the dressing room and didn’t realize it until the next day. I kid you not, I only had these for a month, and had gotten these to replace another pair of sunglasses that had went missing after valeting my car in Houston. At this point, I was pretty sure they were gone but called in the off chance they were not. Much to my surprise, not only did they have them, but they shipped them to me since I live out of town!! Talk about amazing service!! I will always frequent this store now because of this act of kindness!! Thank you to the amazing Lululemon Baton Rouge team!! Y’all rock!!

Was greeted upon entry and felt welcome. I was getting some socks to run and ride in and a young lady answered my questions in regard to the products they carry in store. She actually helped me get some socks that were in the bright colors but at a reduced price.
They also offer military and first responder discounts which is very nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Candace helped us out and she was a very nice and helpful employee , she knew exactly what I was looking for . I’d definitely ask for her if you need help .

I went in today to let my almost 15 yr old pick out some bday presents. Ray promptly greeted us & assisted with finding the right sizes. He is a model employee & y’all are lucky to have his bright soul working at this location. The rest of the staff was just as friendly. We will be back because of Ray & his 5 star customer service!

Always feel very welcomed in this store. The employees are always very nice and knowledgeable about the products. Exchanges are quick and easy. No questions asked.

I didn't linger in the new store but it is lovely. I went to get 4 gift certificates and it was quick and efficient. When virus cases diminish I will go back for a leisurely shopping treat.

My first visit to Lululemon did not disappoint. Kennedy at the Baton Rouge, LA location was so sweet and helpful. She helped me find the exact sizes I needed and ordered them for me since they did not have it in the store. Can't wait to get my package.

I've always loved Lulu, but my experience at this store elevated that love to an obsession. The team was so incredibly helpful and pleasant. I will no longer be making the drive to the one in new orleans. Keep up the good work!

The price is worth it. Best leggings ever and they are so comfortable!! Also, everyone who works here is eager to help and they are very welcoming. I also like that they use reusable bags. 10/10
