Came in during a stormy Saturday two weeks ago, so I knew no one was in the store. Especially towards closing time. I was right! My son and I walked in on a mission to find a couch. The sales women who helped knew her specs on every single couch. She knew if a couch would fit thru the door or not. She did allow me time to make calls to my family as this was a big purchase for me. I decided to go with this one pictured. The delivery process was good, you can track to see where the drivers are which is great. Gives you a better eye of when they are coming.

She was so sweet. She would occupy my son while I was trying to make a decision. Happy Customer. Ottoman coming soon. 😊

Awesome customer service. I was greeted son after entry. Everyone was nice and super helpful. Great prices on beautiful high-end furniture.

Service was absolute 110%! "Jocelyn" helped us. She was patient, knowledgeable, attentive, all good qualities of customer service. Living spaces provided cheap yet very good quality furnitures. Only regret I had was, I should have come visit them way sooner!

We worked with Ocean and Andrew who were both very professional and helpful. They helped us order all the pieces we needed, schedule the delivery, and helped navigate out of stock items.

I love the spacious showroom and the gorgeous furniture is not all bunched up. It has great flow. The best thing is the staff. They leave you alone if you don't have questions. I will not shop in a business that dogs my every step. Going back in a week to buy a lovely bed.

Such amazing service from Jessika, she helped me find a great new sofa and humored me while I walked around the store looking and being unable to decide! She also set up super speedy delivery for me, I love this store!

Helpful and friendly sales people that weren't pressuring for you to buy. Great to be able to see and test out pieces in person. Can buy in store or order on line for delivery. Reasonable shipping times for furniture pieces.

My partner and I came to the San Leandro living spaces after a long long day of furniture hunting. We were tired and discouraged and ready to just call it a day. The store was beautifully merchandised and easy to follow. Our wonderful sales associate Izzy, showed us around the entire store while also letting us browse ourselves. Izzy Answered all the questions we had, and if he didn’t have the answer he would find someone who did. After picking a couch and a bed frame, Izzy teamed up with Coto , one of the managers to walk us through financing and get our order set up. While talking about what kind of mattress we are getting Coto suggested we talk to Tom, an expert on mattresses and a manager there as well. Tom showed us various mattresses based on what we expressed our needs were. We did end up also purchasing a mattress based off of Tom’s recommendations. Over all the experience was extremely pleasant and really turned our day around. (We have 0 furniture and have been looking around for about a week). We couldn’t be happier with our experience and all the team members who helped us out. Thank you to Izzy, Coto, and Tom! You guys are true examples of amazing customer service !

Went back in the store to look at a particular product. Taylor assisted us right away and was very knowledgeable and helpful. It made our visit and experience very smooth and easy. Very commendable!

Answered questions without following us around. Nice we could pick our color with no additional charge. Liked they had various size couches.

Wow! I had a great time buying our couch at Living Spaces in San Leandro. The emplyee Taylor was very pretty! sweet ! and very helpful! me and my partner were indecisive on what couch to pick between our options and when asking her on her opinion, she provided her opinion and it made sense! we went along with that choice (which was originally our choice) but she helped us be sure of that choice. Which i appreciated! she gave us time to talk and think about our choice, which we appreciated as well! so many stores don’t give you that extra time, and Taylor did.
the checkout process was very smooth, and thanks to her all of our questions were answered! we need more people like Taylor! 😁 side note- whoever plays music at this location while customers shop knows where it’s at 👏🏼 it keeps the place modern, and cool.

Although the furniture is great, the help was all over us. We told at least 6 people we were just looking....back off! It really made me want to not shop there again!

The sales reps were very helpful without being pushy. I think this store has really good value for the price.

Jordan was thorough in explaining the payment process and delivery options. He made us feel confident in our purchase and made sure we were happy before making my decisions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would! I had an unfortunate incident where my furniture that I bought from the store was unfortunately not delivered. The store manager and employees, Craig, Neda, Joseph and Sergio personally helped me and delivered the furniture using uhaul. They went super above and beyond and I'll forever remember this awesome experience. I've bought over 15k worth of furniture from living spaces and I'll continue to be their loyal customer because of this gesture. This is the true definition of helping customers. Thank you!!

Went there with my sister, she was looking for furniture, she found a nice couch and chair set, good price, clean place, sales person nice and helpful

Purchased all of this on one trip and set up delivery for the exact day we needed. Super easy process. Lots of stuff isn't available or on back order so that was a little frustrating but they do have information wait lists!
