They offer an incredible selection in every aisle, making it easy to find everything I needed. I also felt secure with the presence of the big security guards standing by the door, which is a reassuring touch. The staff provided good service, and I left the store with everything I wanted. Walmart in Castro Valley is definitely a place to get my essentials.

I am so happy shopping in this Walmart! I moved here recently, and each time I go, it seems even cleaner, and friendlier then before! I have seen some really messy stores, but these employees really seem to care! I couldn't believe how neat the shoe dept is, not a shoe on the floor! Gloria was the employee there when I bought my shoes, she really does an incredible job, and all the others do too! Yesterday I met Yam, in the ladies dept, she is so friendly too! I tell each of them how special they make their store, how much I appreciate their work efforts, it makes shopping so enjoyable! Thank you all!

Great supercenter Walmart, Very large selection of goods and food. Here you can buy everything you need.

During my visit, the employee interaction was exceptional. I received a friendly greeting upon entering. I was, actually, shown to the location of a requested item. My cashier initiated and engaged in a meaningful conversation, and finally, I was acknowledged and assisted by the employee at the exit.

I love shopping at Walmart.I also understand that things have to be locked up, because of people stealing. However... My complaints about that is, Nobody is ever around when you push the button for help. You have to go look around, and when you do find someone, they don't have the key. But do they offer to call anyone to help? No they do not. So you end up leaving without the item you wanted, because customer service is horrible! If you are going to lock stuff up, then the responsible thing to do is, make sure that we as customers can get help opening the door. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE ITEMS LOCKED UP, AND NOBODY COMES TO UNLOCK THE DOOR. That is my biggest issue with Walmart. I was left waiting and waiting to get Laundry detergent Tide Pods, because nobody would respond to me ringing the bell.. I just might stick with Amazon.

Always love stocked shelves and good customer service, not over the top, just good for all your customers, all of them! You did have a receipt checker who yelled at me about my service dog, saying I couldn't have her there, she always has her uniform on with no problems elsewhere. I put a complaint in that day with management on duty. Thank you

One of my favorite walmarts to sell barber clippers inside of. Met Mr. Fab a long while back here and he signed my tie in the parking lot with his yellow bus chain and the entourage legendary. I was listening to his music daily back then. Hyphy hyphy hyphy

This is the Walmart near me, so it's my go to when I really need something and don't have that extra spending money. When it's payday, I go to other locations. Only problem is, this Walmart lost all their motor carts to thieves. It just doesn't make sense, why would they allow their carts to leave the entire property.

You know some stores they be not having nothing in stock.... this store always has what I went to get.

Walmart is a staple for all areas. Low cost, quality, brand name items. When you shop here, pack your patience for the line, and know that the deals are worth it.

Busy, but management has been very good with keeping up with waiting on customers and getting the checkout registers working as fast as staff can get customers thru the lines.
I was in and out of the store; only purchased a couple items, in 15 minutes.

Everything went fine no issues and more security in the parking lot
