The Home Depot

It's a little smaller than the average Home Depot, they layout is unique with a personality of it's own since it's in an older converted warehouse but they've got nearly everything you need, and what they lack in size they make up for in knowledge and simply being helpful. Traffic and parking trying to get in and out are tight and awkward but once you get there it's greenlights and blue skies. Their seasonal plants hit the mark both on price and selection, I can generally get in and out pretty quickly. Love this store when I'm working in the Oakland/San Leandro area.

I was on a late night having to get cinder blocks for a job that I needed for tomorrow. The group is San Leandro is fantastic I inquired in the store how to get 30 cinder blocks five bags of concrete and five bags of mortar on my truck at 8:00 p.m. in the evening. The cashier Quwana, customer service lady Safiya and the young store associate Richard helped me get everything coordinated. Richard pulled everything and loaded all the products on the cart and into my truck. Everyone had such a positive helpful attitude they deserve the five stars because they Rock. Thank you so much it's great to have employees that do such great work.

Homedepot needs to put attention to keeping parts available but overall, still a great place to find regular materials for the tradesmen:)

It was easy to find help for getting the lawnmower. The floor person was knowledgeable and was able to inform us of the right lawnmower for our needs. Then he got some more help to lift it onto the flatbed and took it to the cashier for us.

5 star because the guy in electrical asked if I needed help with anything. I haven't heard that one in a long time.

Called to find a wet vac they had a whole pallet of them no other store had them for 50 miles.bad storm in the Bay area flooding everywhere,Dena the floor manager was quite helpful.

A lot of people I meet dislike their experience at Home Depot. Maybe I have learned to like it out if necessity, but I tend to enjoy my visits. The staff seem to be hard at work, and when you need help, they do their best. I try to go at times when the store is not crowded with customers, so not Saturday or Sunday afternoon. And when they don't have what I need, I have begun to learn where else to look. A kind word to an employee goes a long way. Try it, and enjoy your experience.

The staff at this Home Depot are great. Pamela and her manager, Sharon, helped me out on my last minute home depot run for some plant supplies tonight. They were both so friendly, effective, and efficient. With customer service like that I'm happy to be a loyal customer at this store instead of just ordering things from Amazon.

I picked up my order and noticed that there was a missing item. Staff member Fatima was very helpful and offered a few options in fixing this issue.

Everything I need for home and workshop. Love the airy atmosphere with the wide isles. All products are easy to access allowing a good examination. Staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help but never are they like high pressure sellers.

I always find what I'm looking for even if it's last minute. The lines aren't annoyingly long either, most of the time. Things are pretty easy to get to on your own, but if you do need help, I've found most of the people who work there are willing to help and will often ask if you need any help when you start to look a little lost. Thankfully, they don't hang around offering help when you seem fine.

I love Home Depot.. It's like a toy store for me.. Easy layout and the app is great to help find products you're looking for. Staff is always busy helping customers but are always friendly and willing to assist you.. Love my Pro account hardly any wait time

Had a great experience today picking up an online order. A wonderfully friendly woman greeted us, apologized for the wait (which has been less than two minutes), got my order, and told me how my door online order could have been combined to just this store.
