Talked to Kat , Verizon neosha , mo. It was a Sunday. She answered phone without delay, she was very professional & helpful. Pulse had caring sweet voiced. I appreciated her help. Hope I got her name right.

The lady was very friendly and understanding, I needed prepaid contracts for a couple guys that came from south africa amd she got them taken care of.

I was having trouble making and receiving calls on my phone so I went here for help. I was thankful I didn't have to drive to Joplin. I had fought with that phone for days and got no where. The lady that helped me was so nice and very quickly fixed my phone by resetting something. She knew what she was doing! 5 Stars! Thank you Russell Cellular!

Keira was awesome, we walked in with 2 minutes left til they closed. We ordered our phone online from Verizon and after spending over a day with Verizon automated customer service we're not able to get it connected. She had it activated in less than 10 minutes. Will never buy online again will definitely go to see Keira.

I dealt with a young woman who had recently taken over as manager. She was very helpful and did a great job getting everything switched over! We’ve always had great luck with Russell Cellular anywhere we’ve been. I bought my first bag phone from Jeff Russell out of a Chevy Truck in about 1993-94 and have never been let down by this company’s recommendations and assistance.

Visited this independent dealer after much frustration in Joplin. The young ladies were so helpful and were willing to listen to our needs. They walked us through our new phones. I know if I have any questions that they will be there to answer! This was definitely hometown service! I would highly recommend!

Had a long wait due to a couple of young men having difficulty deciding what they wanted. There was only one young lady working there for quite some time until the second employee arrived for work. None of the wait was the employees fault and they took all the time necessary to service their customers. I applaud them for that. They went out of their way to make sure the customers were happy. Great attitude, always happy, smiling and laughing. And as a plus no mask or face coverings were required! It's in Neosho, MO were the restrictions are more relaxed than in other areas. I like that! 😁

POSITIVELY AWESOME EXPERIENCE,,,!! Keira was absolutely great and knew all the right numbers to call !!! I made the most DISGUSTING MISTAKE by switching to T-Mobile due to all their false advertising claiming to #1,,, THATs all BS,,, you just can’t surpass Verizon’s general coverage,,,,

I love the service at this store. The problem is it's an independent store. Tell me what that means, well it means you can't walk into say Walmart and get service or help if you are out of town you can only buy from this store. You may get help over the phone from a nice tech or a snotty tech. Online is the only other place we can buy Verizon once we bought at this store. You are locked once you buy at this franchise. If you can get back into this store they are very helpful.

I have been in 3 times in the last few weeks first to order a new phone the 2nd to pick up and set up new phone and today to pick up a watch. Cheyenne and Taylor always go above and make sure we are well taken care of.

I went to the Verizon store yesterday in Neosho Mo. to have my I phone turned on. I’ll have to say the young lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. She transfer all my data. And was most pleasant. She is very good at her Job. Thank you for all your help.

Micheal...Was really helpful...an took great care of us. .I think his a keeper...I'd give him a 10...for all types of the help he gave us...We walked in he had 2 customers ahead of us...He has a awesome personality an just took care of business with a great attitude...His the best person to help people that you've had he in awhile now...Thanks for your service...We appreciate it...

Very knowledgeable. Came in for the first time and the best Verizon experience I have had. Went to Joplin one time, and that was my last. You are just a number there. Very personable and small town good customer service!

Outstanding persistence resolving problems! Serious effort to provide an appropriate plan at a lower price for the customer. AND, knowledgeable of products and skilled at talking to low-tech customers.
(Verizon was going to lose my business before the Russell staff LISTENED to me, worked out a solution, and got my bill under control! )
P.S. I'm an ordinary customer who had previously used AT&T.

The customer service is top notch at this store, way better than any stand alone Verizon store. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly put the customer first. If you've had a bad experience with Verizon in the past, i urge you to give Russell Cellular a try, you will not be disappointed! Verizon could learn so much from them in the customer service department. Thank you Russell Celluar for the great customer service, i will decinitely be back.

After switching carriers from straight talk to Verizon, I was out of service for 2 whole weeks because I was getting nothing but a run around from straight talk and even being hung up on for two whole weeks. I finally called Verizon customer service and can honestly say that they didn't beat around the bush not one single time. They literally did what all the other people took 2 weeks to do, in just a couple hours. That's awesome to me and I wanna give a special shout out to Jay especially, he hooked me up there in neosho with great customer service And had my phone going with no issues whatsoever. Plus you get your money's worth in the amount of internet you pay for, not 45 dollars a month unlimited and it run out after so much. If it's an unlimited plan, it's actually unlimited lol. You rock guys. I definitely won't regret this upgrade and I highly recommend them!

We were so impressed with the friendliness and awesome service and great promotions! We love the prices and will love the phones once we get them. Our Rep was super knowledgeable and checked all the details.

We are so happy to finally be switched over to Verizon from T-mobile. Our CSR (Jaylen) did her very best to make the transition as smooth as possible to the best of her ability.
