Cricket is a great alternative to the big brand cell phone stores. Great plans and better terms await you here. The service is great and the staff knowledgeable. I wish there was a magic wand to get me out of my long term contract. Go to cricket.

Nice clean store, and friendly service when they are in. Lunch hours are different everyday, and I've gone down to ask questions or pay a bill after lunch hour and the door is padlocked. Sometimes there is a note, sometimes not! This is frustrating! The Saturday crew tend to not know what to do, and refer me to come back Monday! We like Cricket! and just want it to be run more professionally! Thanks

Never open during business hours, here at 11:30 on Monday am and no employee in sight was going to buy a new phone but I guess it’s the businesses loss…

I have had a phone through Cri key wireless in Willits for around 5 months . They are rarely if ever open during posted business hours. Past 3 months i walk all the way around 2 miles doors locked during business hours,ni answer phone . Once again i cannot pay for my service there. VERY DISATISFIED CUSTOMER
