Austin and his crew are amazing! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Austin went above and beyond to help me locate a hard to find product that saved my kitchen remodel. I am so appreciative of all of his efforts. I cannot say enough great things about him and his staff!

I always use Sherwin Williams paint as over the years I have found it far surpasses other paint brands for quality and durability. I would highly recommend stopping by to see Jay Lee, the manager at the Sherwin Williams store on Lake Otis for any of your painting needs. Customer service is outstanding! She takes the time to listen to you and is very knowledgeable. It's easy to see she really cares about doing a good job. I am having my house painted and was having trouble picking out the color as I was looking for a specific shade. Jay Lee picked out the correct color out of 50+ similar colors and went out of her way to make sure I was absolutely satisfied with the color. My newly painted 40 year old house is absolutely beautiful and looks brand new!!

Ryan is a great store manager... excellent service and excellent quality products. You may pay a couple dollars more than other brands but their high quality paints, service and knowledgeable staff more than outweighs the other guys. They can match any brand paint samples with just the name and my customers recognize the SW name as a high quality product.

Chris (manager) was very helpful, thoughtful helping me pick colors for our house-painting project. He answered all of my questions and offered me a discount for paint samples that I didn't know was available. In a second interaction with this store, Michael (another store manager) graciously exchanged a five-gallon bucket of paint for me after confusion on the name and brand of the paint I wanted/ordered. I was impressed by Chris and Michael's customer service. I will use this business again and again and recommend them to friends and family.

Great store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff who worked hard to make sure we were safe with social distancing. Loved the Color Snap App that SW offers to help with color choices and they have great useable samples that really allowed me to paint outside on several spots to see what color worked best!

Great customer service. I went in to find a stain for my home and took in some pictures of what I wanted. The employees were kind, took their time helping me and explaining things and helped me pick the best shade and it turned out great!

They are the only people that know paint. Every question I asked they had an answer for it. Lowes, Home Depot and a couple other places in Anchorage all had to ask someone else in the store and after the third question they couldn't answer I walked out and started looking elsewhere. The prices are comparable but the people are finally intelligent enough that they don't have to get someone else to give you an answer.

This is my favorite store for paint and painting supplies. I always receive fast and friendly service at the South Anchorage Sherwin Williams. I receive email coupons that make the paint a great value for what I consider to be the best quality paint.

Check out the generous sample size of paint with the fantastic screw of and on lid for easy access. Perfect size for a real life sample of paint..or even enough for a smaller painting project! Genius!

Clarence at the Sherwin-Williams store on International is extremely helpful, more so than the other staff at the Lake Otis store this week. All the shoppers at International wore masks and maintained physical distancing (not so at Lake Otis).
