Will is an absolute legend his customer service is on point super friendly he has helped me not once but twice with my preorders going above and beyond the call of duty (pun not intended lol) and has made sure to deliver me a great experience and made sure to get me what I came for. Extremely helpful wish there were more people like him in this world 10/10

This is a great GameStop. Logan that was working was very helpful and understanding. He took out time to get my stuff processed and ready for pick up. I see bad reviews but I think it has to do with us being short staff and SOME bad apples. But Logan works hard and try’s his best to keep the store running. Keep it up brotha!

Had to begrudgingly drive all the way to Beaufort because the Bluffton location was inexplicably closed for some reason.

But I was on a mission and just prayed they had what I needed when I got there.

Was greeted kindly by Logan and although he was busy he stopped and helped me with exactly what I wanted.

He made excellent recommendations and eased my mind.

As I was browsing he greeted a regular with professional familiarity and knew exactly what this customer needed.

As someone who has been in the hospitality business for 20 years I truly appreciate natural customer service skills, they’re hard to teach and rare to come by.

I hope this store appreciates this young man and I hope he knows how talented he is.

Gamestop (the company) is just expensive in general, but this location is fantastic. The staff is AMAZING. They go above and beyond for their customers to make sure they have what they need and do their best to make sure you are satisfied. They understand that the prices suck sometimes and they recommend better places to get games/consoles if needed. Great place to shop!

I love this store they are very informative and great with my son. I have been going there for 7 years now and everyone has always taken the time to answer my son's questions from he age of 4-11. Prices are great and so many choices!

The best gamestop to visit because the staff is very knowledgeable about the games. They're intune to reality and society. Chris won't even let my kid buy anything without my approval.
