Lowe's Home Improvement

I needed a door lock set (knob and deadbolt). I wanted them keyed like my other locks. I met a young man with a very promising future. Travis exhibited professional, technical, and strong Customer Service skills. I checked out/exited and hoped to see a manager to compliment him, but didn't see one. (Remember the good 'ole days when managers were available and interacted with customers?).
We need more people like Travis. Lowe's needs more associates like Travis. Travis will manage his own Lowe's, or whatever he wishes in the future!

Friendly service and a variety of home improvement products. The guy in the grill department gave me an additional 20% off for the last grill that was on display. He was helpful in deciding which one to buy.

One of the best managed LOWES out there. I’m in many different LOWES on a regular basis (I’m a GC) and this location in Beaufort is definitely the best run location I encounter. I like LOWES in general, but will actually hold off a purchase to make it in Beaufort as a thank you.

I love this Lowe's store. The employees are amazing they helped me pick out the write material to repaint my tile bathroom. They are never out of stock in items. If you sign up for my Lowe's you can track all the items you buy. You just give them your phone number. So if you want to return an item you go back give them your phone number again and they can pull up your receipt.

5 stars only for Garden Assoc. Stacey. Quality of products purchased; garden tool set, pond & river rocks up to par. Curbside p/u laughable, note this was 4/17/20. Will rtn, hopefully process is more streamlined.

3/29/22 Recent Garden Center visit w/Tonya as cashier, I was not disappointed in the slightest w/this 7am store run.

I am out of town and stopped in to look at washing machines since I need to order one before the memorial day sale ends. A lady named Trish helped me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was the best customer service I have ever experienced at a Lowes.

Store is well stocked and clean! Staff are knowledgeable and very. Very pleasant!!

First thing, I love places like Lowe's and I could spend hours looking at all sorts of items. I actually had three different employees asked me if I was finding everything and the check out employee was very helpful when my credit card wouldn't work. All in all the store was in great shape and there was ample help available if you needed it.

Pretty much have what you need or it can be ordered staff was friendly and helpful

Lowe’s Home Improvement is a cookie cutter big national chain. This one is just one of the mold. It’s not a bad thing however, as you can generally find what you need quickly. There is plenty of staff to help if you have questions. One of the employees even took time to pet out little dog.

I had a great experience, the order took a while to be processed, but the guy processing it, John, was super friendly and kept me posted through every step. I highly recommend this store

I Love Lowes!!! I've shopped at Lowes longer than I can remember at my birth state, Ohio. I was a widow for 8 years. Following my late husband's dream I moved to S.C. in 2002. During that time, after buying my home, I had repairs needing done, and at that time, money was tight. I started at Lowes, knowing their staff seemingly have knowledge in each department they work in. Well, I began to ask questions of them for every need I had to tackle. Being a woman I found out quickly that single widows are easy targets. Every single time I went to our local Lowes, I got a factual answer. That's from my clogged sink drain to painting, proper lighting, my yard, flowers, a good riding mower, garden plants & proper fertilizer, washer & dryer, refrigerator, water heater! The list goes on & on! I am "SOLD ON LOWES!"

Had a great experience with Dawn in paints, and John with help with windows Saturday night! This makes me want to drive a little farther to shop at the Beaufort Lowes from now on! It seems as if everyone struggles with having employees that take pride in their work, and have work ethic, well Lowes, you have 2 gems here. Thanks for a great experience!

I see a bush of bad reviews but I had a great experience. Tim or Tom… he was actually able to help me quickly with getting flooring I needed for my house. Helped with everything I needed and checked me out. Then brought it out to my car. Usually it is hard to find someone to help but I happened to run right into him and he made the process easy. Thanks!

I love great customer service. I was shopping for a part for my toilet. One of the clerks observed me quizzically seeing what might work . She took me through how the toilet parts work and what the difference in products was. She was super helpful and left me feeling empowered to get the job done!

Steve Brown in the appliance section was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about all washers, dryers, and stoves. He helped us pick out what was best for us and made sure we were happy with what we were getting. I tried to complete a survey on the Lowe's website after receiving my products, but the survey expires within 7 days. I would give Steve 10/10 in knowledge, helpfulness, and customer service. He exceeded our expectations! My only complaint was that the managers of this store would not come and assist when the military discount affected the sale price. The store manage set his walkie-talkie phone to do not disturb when asked to assist. I later saw him riding electric scooters into the store and joking with ANOTHER manager while they were ignoring their calls and not assisting employees or customers who needed help. I still give them 5 stars because STEVE worked with us to get the best deal and came up with other strategies to get the price where it was before the military discount affected the sale price.

This was the first time I've ever visited this Lowes since I'm not from here, but I didn't even need to ask for any help because everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. I was in and out of there in less than 10minutes and all the employees were friendly.
