The team members were great to work with. I needed a battery immediately, called ahead to ensure it was in stock (it was). The staff allowed me to bring my dog in to get out of the 95F weather.
They knew who I was when I got there, had the product at the register ready to go, and answered a couple unrelated questions.
I was on my way with new battery installed in under 10 minutes!

I really needed windshield wiper blades and the staff here not only recommended a great pair but also installed them without my asking. Rocki installed the driver side, showed me how to put them on, so I put on my passenger blade. Feels good to learn for next time. My last visit experience here was with employee Colleen, who also went above and beyond!! Rocki and Jordan were both very helpful. Jordan immediately went outside and checked the blades to see what I needed. Extremely great customer service, highly recommend this location! Also, easy parking right off the Montgomery road. So this place was a doordash delivery and we just started delivering for them so it was my first experience and Immediately was greeted by an employee who proceeded to ask me how they could help me and I told her I was the dasher for the first delivery was pointed right to the order handed a receipt and given good delivery instructions to the customer..

Finally was able to fix my brake switch and install it by myself with the help of the fine people here. A woman (I think she was the manager) was especially helpful, and checked my brake lights after I installed it (and after she helped me troubleshoot why the part wasnt working) to ensure that everything was working properly! It's such a load off my mind!

Anyway, that woman was so helpful and well informed and everyone there was very friendly! Thank you kind stranger!

I went today to get a headlight bulb. Justin and Jeremy (one worked the cash register and the other assisted with the bulb replacement) went far out of their way installing my bulb. It usually takes a minute, but because it was installed wrong last time, it took at least 10 minutes, with a tool! They didn't have to do it, but they did, and I highly recommend to anyone who wants good service from kind people to go to the Autozone in Silverton.

Went to buy stuff to wash my car at home. After getting the supplies I figured we're necessary, the clerk told me about a car wash deal they had going. I ended up getting higher quality products for about half the price of my original checkout. Bottom line, very good service! They genuinely care about their customers.

Ronald was the most amazing gentleman I've ever had the pleasure to work with at an auto parts store. I went to the auto zone near Silverton Ohio on Montgomery and he was helpful from the first minute on helping me get a battery and change it out. While it took a little longer to complete because of his youthful 84 years, his conversation and assistance completely lifted my spirits. Please thank him again for me.

I just recently got my new car and I had to buy new windshield wipers, which I have never installed before. They found which wipers I needed very easily and they also installed them for me. Its a great place and everyone is always very helpful.

Hi, I'm leaving feedback for Richard Kingdon. I had work done at a nearby repair shop that quoted $80 for a dipstick replacement. I came in and Richard was welcoming and energetic. He did such a fine job of listening and helping me weigh the various options, and even went outside to my car to assist; he ended up determining an ingenious way to help me solve the dilemma and spared me the time and energy of buying something there that didn't work. They ended up not having the specific part, but he again saved the day by helping me find the closest Autozone location that did have it, as opposed to waiting several hours for it to arrive at their store (for which I would have waited if it weren't for him). His help and intangible intuitive assets (which really have been conveyed in my writing far less superior than actually experienced) is a clear example of a five star employee who deserves both recognition and advancement for ability and effort.

He saved me $65 yesterday. Thank you... I'll be choosing Autozone again next time.
