NC Pest Control

I was very pleased with this pest company. I recently had mulch in my yard and noticed new bugs on my porch. I called NC Pest Control and within days they had a someone from the company out to take care of the problem. From the woman I spoke with when I called the company, to my service tech Paul, everyone was very nice and professional and beyond helpful. I was recommended by my parents who live in Willow Spring and would recommend this pest company to anyone looking for quick , professional, and effective help with pest control.

We've been with Mike Fillion and NC Pest Control since its very beginning, when Mike did all of the service himself, and we have never been disappointed. The service is timely, professional, and friendly. The technicians are timely, professional, and friendly. This is a top notch, customer service oriented operation and I couldn't be more enthusiastic in recommending it.

NC Pest Control is a top-notch business. I have used both regular preventive services and "emergency" services (nest of yellow jackets burrowed behind the brick of my garage). I have dealt with two technicians, William and Will, who are both highly knowledgeable and demonstrate nothing but professionalism every time they show up at my home. On top of that, this company seems to have great back-office staff that are very responsive, polite and organized. Can't say enough about them and highly recommend for pest control needs.

NC Pest Control has proved to be a great provider over the past year and a half. They are communicative about quarterly service times, their staff are always knowledgeable and friendly, and after the first couple of months in my new place, I have had no pest problems at all. Definitely recommend!

I've been using NC Pest Control approx years, I think for quarterly pest control. I have absolutely no complaints. I love everything about them from Customer Service to the professionalism of everyone I've ever spoken with in the company. Every Technician that has ever come to my home is is worthy that of praise. I always remember Casey and William for some reason. Maybe it's because they seem to stand out every time for whatever reason and I am very comfortable and confident that they will always go above and beyond. I can't remember the names of everyone but they are all outstanding.
Thanks NC Pest Control for a job well done.

NC Pest Control was professional, responsive and met my expectations. We have two dogs who love to greet visitors, and the tech from NC Pest Control was great about me getting my dogs set up for their service work. Look forward now to my quarterly visits!

Tae (?) was wonderful....even told me he might have scratched my car as he was finishing. Luckily for us it was very very minor and I did not care. Went around our whole house twice.....wonderful job.

We get quarterly treatments and we couldn't be any happier. Rarely see a Palmetto bug, no more ant problems, and overall - not many bugs at all! I always get a phone call with a heads up of service because we have dogs that don't need to be outside during the service. I receive an email after the service with detailed visit notes and any problems that were seen.

William Jones came out Thursday to do my annual inspection. He was very polite and punctual and efficient. I am very pleased with NC Pest Control and William Jones.
