Traveled all way from Torrance to see Adriana! She's a great help I definitely recommend this verizon store very helpful and patient. I upgraded my phone and got it all set up quickly. Best experience I've ever had in a verizon store! I had to come back.

Sinead was extra helpful and she has one of the friendliest attitudes I have ever encountered in customer service. Thanks so much for working with me on my bill today.

Had an issue with my daughter's phone at another phone service so brought her over onto my service and I had $1000 towards a new phone-I like to keep my phones as long as possible but the screen was cracked so went ahead and got my upgrade. With the new added line and upgrade, my bill went up only a fraction. The best part of this location was manager Joey. He was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and didn't mind all the extra explaining. He's why I'll stay with Verizon.

On another note, I was in the store after a customer complained about their service and the phone was found in the store. It happens, be thankful it was found lol!

I had a complicated problem with getting my pin from another carrier and Joey was there to save the day! He explained and helped out very thoroughly and even assisted my mom with her additional questions. He made such a stressful process easy and efficient. If anyone is every having a problem with Joey they are probably just having a bad day. Joey is the guy for whatever service issue you are having and will assure that you will be taken care of.

Joey is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I got new phones but as a senior, senior had no idea what to do. He’s the best. Couldn’t have done it without him.

Friendly service. Loved that it was fairly quiet and I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Mike totally saved the day. After having problems accessing my new replacement phone, I went to the store and he found a solution that allowed me to finally access my iCloud. He is very professional, helpful, and should be a manager if he already isn’t. Thanks Mike!

After getting poor service at a couple different Verizon wireless stores near my neighborhood I gave this Pasadena location a shot. What a difference good customer service makes. I worked with representative named Jeri and he was great! He was able to explain/answer all my questions and was super patient walking me through the process. I traded in my old phone, add a new line and purchase an additional iPhone so it I was a lot. But Jeri made it easy, and it was all super efficient! Thanks again Jeri, I hope you get promoted some day! :)

Mike delivered excellent customer service. I would highly recommend anyone to come here especially since I came before closing very helpful very knowledgeable.

This is by far the most helpful phone-buying experience I’ve had. Mikey did everything to make sure I got a proper trade in, while helping other customers as my data transferred. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Neil is very polite and helpful. He makes conversation and lets you know how long it will take. First time we came, he had just started and was learning. A couple weeks later, it is obvious he has learned so much and is happy to help out customers.

Mike was amazing. He helped me set up my new phone. I’ll definitely be back for my moms new phone soon.
