I had an antique china set that has been in my family for 5 generations and needed to ship it to California to my daughter. I took them into The UPS Store Englewood and they were so helpful and made me feel confident that my items would arrive safely. I had 3 or 4 options given to me and advise on what works best! They even packed them for me. Needless to say my daughter received her china set in perfect condition and on the date they guaranteed it would be!

The ladies at this location are so helpful and patient. I had a really complicated printing job and they were fabulous. I don't know how they can do everything they do with only two hands. Best value and amazing customer service!

The manager on duty 6/5/2020 (dark hair) is always kind, friendly and helpful! Very pleasant attitude know matter how busy it is.
