Tim Hortons

We went in for doughnuts early evening. The employee was getting ready to take a break but she was still extremely friendly and helpful! It was such a pleasant experience to receive such great customer service!

Very pleasant staff, good food, great coffee. Handicap parking can be a problem since a lot of Penn Station, BW3, and Fed Ex customers hijack the spots because they are lazy and inconsiderate. A lot without handicap placards cheat. But Tim Hortons is great. Neighbors not so great.

We came in with our 2 kids. The people working were so polite and helpful! Jocelyn, Chyenne and Rodger were on it! From the drive through to the people inside; they were helpful, tentative, food was out fast, hot and correct. Honestly haven't had an experience with fast food like I have here. 10/10 will always come back to this Tim Hortons and hopefully I'll get to see them again! Hopefully management sees this and gives them a raise. Those 3 deserve one.

Management is top notch in the mornings. They are fast and accurate even when the line is wrapped around the building.

Good service. Ordered a large ice coffee and it was freshly prepared. I walked in to order at the counter. Was greeted promptly and the order was taken and it was ready pretty quickly. Not kept me waiting forever even there was long drive-thru line.

Great service wonderful people consistent food

The coffee is usually really good. But my stars are more for the young people who work there. They are so kind and friendly. You can tell they like their customers. I’m there everyday because of them! Keep them and the store will succeed!

I’ve been going to this location for close to 8 years now. Randall (manager) has always been nothing but great. Incredibly personable with outstanding service. Their employees like Justin and Sierra, as well as the others unfortunately I don’t know by name are always great! They always greet us every morning with a positive message and no matter how busy they are offer quick service and a smile. I’ve been to a lot of Tim Hortons but this one is my favorite by far because of the people.

Just making a delivery to them but they always treat you like your friends great places to go

Great experience there yesterday. I have a nut allergy and inquired about the pumpkin muffin. A young man stepped up and said he would find out and he did. The muffin was delicious. I suggest that the employees all educate themselves on the products. Many people have allergies and need this information.

Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are excellent

It's Tim Hortons.
It's coffee and donuts.
They're delicious.
They're fast and reasonably priced.
No need to overthink it.

Excellent service and the staffs are super friendly

My teammates stopped in for some sandwiches and when I say that whatever they ordered got punished and crushed to the stomach nice but quickly...i observe that it was a blissful meal because wasnt no food left. Thanks for helping my teammates out and filling tgeur stomach with goodness n deliciousness...Onelove and Peace to the Tim Horton's morning crew n family...***THANK YOU***

We were able to buy ground coffee for home plus a Danish and iced caramel latte. Very good. We always try to stop at Tim Horton's when passing through Ohio.

They have great service, quick drive thru & staff is always on top of things. If they're out of anything its because they're popular & constantly busy. Definitely recommend this location over the rest.

Good selection of breakfast items available as late as the afternoon. I really like their breakfast bagels and timbits(doughnut holes).Great for grabbing food on the go since they have a drive thru.

Food is good. Staff is friendly. This is a special place for my son and I to go for breakfast. Keep up the good work Tims.
