I don’t know if there is new management or new staff here, because the service and cleanliness were excellent at my visit yesterday evening! I had given up hope for this location, but yesterday I was surprised. Keep up the great work!

Very cozy, close to the highway.
Service was excellent. Highly recommend for quick bite or sit down during travel.

We ordered ahead on the app and ate outside on their patio. The Value Duets are a quick, light meal which is just what we needed as a break from our road trip. The interior of this Panera has plenty of seating arranged in patterns that make each group feel like they have a place of their own.

Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli bowl and Turkey chilli was awesome! Perfect for a cold day.

Great place with excellent service. I was taking a break while I was on a road trip to Ohio. I was able to answer some emails and fuel up with a lite salad. I felt very welcomed while I rested a bit so I could continue on to my destination.

A few weeks ago I had a less than stellar experience at Panera and when I spoke to the manager about it, I could tell he didn’t even attempt to care. I went home and I called corporate and they sent Englewood an email, and I received an email back to come back in for a complementary salad or anything of my choice.
The new general manager, Gabriel is an outstanding example of what a good manager should be!!!!
Everything about my order, the size the quality the quantity was absolutely perfect. I used to come every week and I plan on coming back every week again because of this new mindset that our Panera has the employees even are enthusiastic and seem to enjoy helping!!!

Service with a smile. Ordered on line and it was ready when we arrived.

Everything is always good at this location. The drive-thru service is fast without compromising the quality of the food.

Always my go to soup place, the broccoli cheddar soup is AMAZEBALLS. Today I paired the pepperoni and sausage Flatbread and omg I am so glad I did. Did not disappoint at all. Way better than I ever imagined it would be. Definitely getting again and trying the other flavors!

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a few beverages for my family. Our order was a little difficult but Madison was AMAZING in our assistance! She made it possible that everyone in the car had the correct size, flavor, and style of beverage! As well as helped clarify a pronunciation issue we had in the car 🤣🤣🤣. She was a great in service and I enjoyed my experience. Thanks Madison!

My daughter and I had a lunch date. The half sandwich and bowl of soup combo was perfect for both of us. It was a little on the pricy side, but the food was delicious and worth the cost. She also got a smoothie and a mitten cookie. She loved them! The staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean. We can't wait for our next lunch date!

I love this location. I messed up when ordering online and they (I think the person helping's name started with an Le, I didn't have the right glasses with me so I'm not sure) worked with me to get it right! I have to order from here a lot for meetings and their catering is great. Destiny is always such a great help with big orders!

This Panera location is filled with kind and compassionate employees. I got some really bad news today, and they made my day a little brighter by not charging me for my order, after I was having trouble with my card. They didn't have to do that, and I will forever appreciate it! The food was perfect and delicious as always!! Thank you!!

Fanatic service. Every employee was super kind. The restaurant was busy and they were doing great keeping up on trash. My food was perfect. I ordered the chicken tortellini. A gentleman came around and even took our plates from the table. Will definitely return!

I Love this Panera! Every Single Person that works here is Incredibly Kind! I love stopping in here for lunch. The Manager should be really proud of this team!

I drove thru this morning and ordered two sausage egg and cheese brioche sandwich’s. When I checked the order before I left the parking lot, I noticed both of the sandwhiches were missing the egg. I went back through the drive thru and explained what happened. I did NOT expect the girl to be so kind and apologetic. It was truly and honest mistake. On top of that she threw In an adorable pastry item. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, and that gal knocked it out of the park. Thank you ♥

My food is always delicious and I get it in a timely manner. They always ask if I am a panera rewards member. Staff is always attentive and smiling.

We used the drive thru this time. It wasn't fast, but it was very fresh. I tried one of their new wraps. The wrap is on a flatbread style bread instead of a tortilla. I liked it a lot.
