I have been to many different locations and I have never had great service and food from a McDonald's! The food was hot and actually looked like you see in the commercials! Best McDonald's to go to!

We are so happy they have the Bagels available. They were fresh and delicious. Bring them back to the Jacksonville, FL area!

McDonald's is great in the evening but the morning manager was very rude to my husband two weeks ago when he asked for his receipt. She was rude and was laughing with window person like my husband had asked for something unattainable. She did not give him one. My husband is 80 years old and is so polite and soft spoken. It makes me so upset to hear him treated with disrespect.

One of the better McDonald's. No complaints here. Loved the dining area.

Don’t know why there’s so many 1 star reviews, I’m guessing they hired someone with poor service for a short period of time.

Anyways, came here in the morning, and all the staff was smiling, happy to serve and enthusiastic to be there. Food was 100% what you would expect from any other properly managed McDonald’s. Literally nothing wrong with this place.

Very busy , but always hot food . The managers seem to be doing the very best to get food out hot and fresh ... you can tell they ste trying very hard and that they are trying there best . Very clean and professional . One of the better McDonald's in englewood area for sure .

I sent my father into here to get some grease fries back in 1872. He never returned. I always assumed he got lost in the aisles of smokes but upon entering myself I found that there were no smokes at all. Was he lying to me? Well I never! I have severe dementia and I will not stand for this injustice! My life was ruined by this mcdonealds and I want my father back! Please return him in the lost in found bin in city hall. I will not stand for this! I have dementia! I asked the bartender for a mcychicken from mcdonealds and they laughed me out of the house. My home is in this mcdonealds under the rug at the front. I love the sliding doors and doors in general. Have I ever told you about how great doors are? They let you enter a room and exit it without losing air! Airlocks are by far the best door invention in history since sliced doors. I have dementia. I firmly believe that water is wet. You're my best friend, you know that? I love water being wet, wetness is a part of life! My home in here is filled with the beautiful smells of mcchicken from mcdonealds all day everyday and I wouldn't stand to have it any other way. Can I talk real talk for a moment? I love the juicy chicken wrap they introduced in this place. Its a tasty delight, even from the trash can! Licking the floor is the best way to get a couple calories for the day then jogging a 5k.

Overall, worst place I've ever gone and I hope to never go here again. My business trip is ending next week so I can go back to new floreeda where I belong.

Fast service and wasn't too busy, the food is good as well.

Tonight, they were winning! Food was fresh & well put-together, staff was courteous & expedient. Hadn't had McDonalds in probably a year and this brought back good memories!

This location has improved dramatically over the last two years. Order accuracy and fresh food are very consistent. Employees actually listen when you order too. One of the better McDonald's in the area.

The front end crew is very friendly and helpful. Nicest experience with McDonald's ever.

I would like to know why I was charged $1.19 for a holiday pie at the Englewood store on National Rd. And $.89 for the same holiday pie at the Kettering store on Stroop Rd. They guy at the Kettering store didn't know but added you can get two pies for $1.29 at the Kettering store. He was helpful and polite. I assumed all McDonald's had the same prices for their products since they are a chain and have the same menu.

Service is good and quick in the morning between 7am-8am. Even when long line, service in 10 minutes or less. Need to plan accordingly.

This Micky D's was so clean and tidy and I'm a bathroom type of girl the rest room was especially neat and clean. I had a sausage mac muffin very tasty.

Easy order through the app. Prompt curbside service. No complaints here

Nice clean new building with great service and plenty of nearby truck parking. It's getting harder for truck drivers to find a hot lunch and they are trucker friendly.

They are working things out and trying to fix there problems It is very clear, drive thru I have noticed has been going faster and employees are friendly. I enjoy going there.

Always run thru the drive thru order Large Rootbeer and Sweet Tea. Great service.
