Kroger Marketplace

I've been getting at least 4 bouquets here a year, forever. They are always so beautiful and last for on average 2 weeks. I love their selection and the prices are so adorable.

So we used Kroger's delivery service for the 1st time tonight. We tipped well and the delivery fee was almost ten dollars so it was a bit more than hoped-for, we only ordered a few things but I couldn't have been more happy with their service. Everything was as ordered and promt with a courteous shopper/delivery person.

Kroger's is my favorite grocery store. Close by and love the coupon savings!

Great store had everything I needed beautiful flowers also bought a lot.

The app helps find everything and believe me, you'll need it. The selection is just amazing and the shelves are stocked unless there is a back log on order. You'll love their brands as well as their pricing.

Clean well organized and stocked appropriately. Fresh baked goods and pastries. Food cooked freshly throughout the day. Cleaned restroom. Daily deals and appropriate foods and meals sold

The employees are great and they work hard to keep the store clean and get customers what they need. Register lines are long but that's due to the customers 90% of the time. I enjoy shopping inside as well as using their pick up service. I have never had a problem here!

The produce selection and quality is very good here. The deli and seafood sections are good as well.

This is the least confusing layout of a Kroger that I have seen. Everything follows a pretty logical path, no matter which entrance you use.

I'm very happy they've put up safety shields between check out lanes and are making people wear masks as well.

I was there yesterday afternoon. Of course, it was crowded! But what stands out to me is that during a serious anxiety attack, they showed me compassion and kindness. Marissa, a manager, and Christian, an employee should be commended for going above and beyond 5-star customer service. I would like to thank the customer who stopped to hug me. I know that this pandemic has strained people's emotions to the maximum and brought out the best or worst of humanity. I am so glad that I encountered some of the best people. Thank you, Kroger, your customer service is excellent. Please find those two individuals and thank them for me.

To cash out, the cashiers are pretty fast.

Great Place to shop!

The staff was so friendly and helpful today. They saw me struggling with my cart and baby and a manager grabbed my cart and opened a lane up for me. As she pulled my cart in another worker came and unloaded my cart. Another worker bagged my groceries and walked me out to the car..... Excellent customer service

Tons of registers always open, there always stocked/cleaned up, and the place is always busy. That might sound like a bad thing but I rarely have to wait to get through a line. It's busy because they know how to treat people, and get them in and out when they need too. While I haven't used their online grocery service, I also haven't heard the best things about it!

This is a biased review of this store, I used to work here in the grocery dept. I love this store because it is always clean looking, big and relatively open design floor plan, less cramped than older Kroger stores. Since I used to work here, I know where everything is so I never have to ask anyone. This is a great store to go every year after a holiday to find marked down holiday items (candy, crafts, general merchandise).
I don't miss working for the company, but the department head staff here is great, but there are too many corporate managers here who just get in the way of the department lead staff who, at this store, have been doing the job much longer than the younger management staff.

T.T was the most professional and approachable employee I have ever encountered at a grocery store. She took her time to fold my clothing items neatly, and took her time to explain my Kroger rewards to me at the end. I will return to this location just because of this positive experience.

I've been shopping here since I was in my little Bert and Ernie slippers and I'm 37. I want to say that all the employees are great, however,Lori and Mark (11pm-7am shift I believe) are the best. They are very sweet and caring people in general. Thanks Kroger for always having what I need and being patient when I come through with two carts full of groceries. God bless you all!
