Amber was excellent!! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient while helping me getting a new phone and changing my plan. She stayed with me until all my issues were resolved, even though it was past her time to go home. Thanks Amber!!!

There was a really great work Jaklisha she immediately helped us I came in wanting a new phone and line and she got right to it. She was very helpful and I would shop there again. Just overall friendly with great customer service skills

Amber was awesome 😎 She helped me add my insurance to my plan. We weren't sure about having the insurance added at the time. But she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was in AT&T yesterday on McFarland Blvd. and after the day they had the gentleman that helped me was extremely kind and helpful and I was in and out in ten minutes. I will always be an AT&T customer.

Jaquez was such a delight to work with. He was friendly, patient, courteous and so helpful. He explained the difference between the phones and helped me chose the best one for me. He also explained the discounts to help me make a decision.He greeted me with a smile and made me feel special. He had great customer service. I give him 5 stars!

My Rep was very helpful even thou my situation was confusing. But she listened and understood what I was trying to do and got what I needed done. She asked me about my prior TV service, but I declined and he didn't pressure me into it by asking again. She just asked if I knew anyone who needed tv service send them her way. And when I remembered I needed a case and screen protector. She showed me the options and also reminded me about a wall charger adapter. I wish I could get her every time I visited AT&T.

My rep was kameron Owens he was such a nice guy and so knowledgeable. I was at another AT&T store in Northport for four hours yesterday and they could not fix my phone. It only took Cameron five minutes. Great experience.

I just love this location and the staff here is amazing. The atmosphere was very inviting and calm. I must say Amy did an awesome job. We did a few transactions but she handled it with great ease along with offering me the best options. Her and her team along with manager Candace were wonderful! I will definitely be recommending others to this location.
