Walmart Supercenter

Nice small town Walmart. Has a good outdoor and camping section. We always visit this Walmart in Tuscaloosa because it's close to the campground we stay at each year.

They have remodeled the store and it's clearly obvious someone else is in charge. The store appears to be in exceptional condition when compared to years past. Keep it up because it's noticeable. Everyone likes a CLEAN and organized store to shop in and you all are moving in the right direction! Excellent work👍

There is a segment of the population (me) who has never been to Walmart - the selection, the prices, the quality - all surprised me in a positive way.

Shop here on and off but did a cake order online and Sonja took care of my order and dealt with my phone calls here and there she was so patient and sweet and my step daughter's cake came out beautifully!

Store was very busy but the checkout employees were doing a very good job

About what you'd expect. Reasonably clean, well organized, and most of the staff are helpful with finding things. Very good selection of product from greeting cards t tires. I like their shop online, pick up from your car option.

Always finding more than Im looking for. But still getting used to self check outs. Assistant needed.

Must of been the time I went because that was the smoothest trip I have made there in a while. I do have to say they are more check out's open every time I have went lately.

It was great, our personal grocery loader (i cant remember if his name was Michael or Christopher) was great!! We had over $600 of groceries and home products, he brought me my bread, eggs and grapes to insure they didnt get crushed in the back of my car!!! He was attentive and kind, and even laughed with us!! Good Job!!!

Residing in the city has brought us toward new highlights visiting WalMart where shopping is great and safe in the huge Tuscaloosa area. Returning soon.

This particular Walmart is much further away than the one I usually shop at. I go to this one when I have a return to process. Today, I returned 2 items I bought online. The customer service at this one is so much better than the other. Very quick and painless!

I use this location for my medication only pharmacy staff is very cooperative specially annn,kevin and Ananda they all are Awesome 👍😎

Walmart in Jasper is the best! They are always stocked, clean, and have the nicest helpers!

It's a wonderful place

Calm less busy walmart. Mostly stocked and easily accessible from main road. They check every receipt of every person coming out the door. No nonsense store.

It's very very seldom that a person gets any respect or customer service these days. However a big thank you to this location on Christmas Eve, both Michelles in the toy department and both ladies at the customer service desk made ALL the difference today.

It's been almost a year since I've been to this Walmart and coming back I see the improvements and new employees it looks like they're hiring more kids then adults. When I needed help finding something it's like no one knows where anything is. Also all the money that Walmart makes why is it still so hard to have more lines open when they're busy I had 3 items and I was waiting for half an hour to check out. Other than that good store to shop at you just got to have patience I guess.

This Walmart is as good as any I've been in. They stay well stocked and the store stays clean. The prices are always hard to beat at Walmart. Though not necessarily personable, the staff is always polite and friendly when called upon. They do a good job of making sure you have what you need.

Excellent pharmacy staff. They are always nice, friendly and willing to help you.
Dairy department needs to actually READ the dates on milk. They had whole 1/2 gallons of milk dated expired on 5/18/2021 out for sale on 5/29/2021.
They need to clean the garbage in the parking lot. I know. I know there are empty garbage cans BUT some people don't seem to see or use them. Can we say, " Inconsiderate slobs?"
To management....please, please, please never order those gray bags for the check-out lines. They are hard or almost impossible to open and slow down self-check out needlessly. The white bags always open. The gray ones are a stupid hassle.
Other than that the store is fine.
