No wait. Very professional staff. Dr Weeks is excellent and pays attention to detail which is what I want when looking for and monitoring skin lesions over time. Added bonus is he is a very nice person, very accessible and engaging. I also love there ample parking with easy in and out to the main road and they have the best cellular phone appointment reminder program. If you need a dermatologist, Dr Weeks will not disappoint. My context is as a retired dental care provider over the last thirty years. Keep up the great work Dr Weeks.

Hillary did an excellent job. Very professional, she explained everything she was doing, had a great bedside manner. The staff was also very cordial and efficient. Wait time was very short (quite unusual for a doctors office).
Overall, a great experience.

I appreciate Hillary Holland taking time to listen and encourage my son with his skin care, and helping quickly with issues with Rx being on back order and providing another product until the Rx is available again. I was able to stop by the office to pick it up the next day. Thank you

The facility is maintained well, and always clean. The whole staff are friendly and professional. The wait is minimal and is rare that your not back in a room at your appointment time. I have been very pleased with Dr Walsh. She genuine and she clearly cares about her patients.

Shelby was very well rounded about what's going on with my skin. The staff is also very attentive & nice. I really think we might have this skin condition under control 🙏🤞 Thanks Shelby & team for all you do & are doing...❤

It was my first visit to Alabama Dermatology Associates. The lobby was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. My appointment was at 9:00, I was told they were understaffed by another patient, I was called back at 9:25. Not a long wait time in my opinion. The nurse or assistant was friendly and informative while asking the preliminary questions of my visit. Shelby Warren was prompt to my room (no wait time)! She was friendly and quick to diagnose my problems. She was patient as I explained my problems and answered all my questions. Very thorough with the exam and calmed my anxiety over a small procedure that was done at that time. She was very informative about the prescriptions she ordered, tips and other over the counter products that would help with my skin issues. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. I left the office about 10:00, I think that's pretty good! I also left with a peace of mind where I had some fears coming in. Thank you very much for the care that was showed. I will refer my friends to this office.

She’s thorough and very patiently answers your questions without feeling rushed. That’s comforting to any patient. This is a wonderful practice staffed with absolute best professionals. Shelby was extremely gracious to reschedule so quickly when I mistook the date of my appointment. She was very knowledgeable of my condition and had helpful advice about its treatment that has worked enormously within 2 days.

My only complaint is about Klara which apparently handles voicemail as well as “more efficient” communication. It has taken 5 days to get a response to my request for refill of my tacrolimus, and that response told me that someone would maybe call me tomorrow.

Alicia is SO sweet. Answers all my questions and makes me feel very comfortable when I'm there. What I mean by that is. This was my first trip to a dermatologist as an adult and I was worried about some spots. She checked throughly and explained everything to me very well!!! Dr. Richardson was the doctor who did my surgery and he is AMAZING too!!! The entire staff is super sweet!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Weeks for almost 20 years. He is the most knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and excellent Dermatologist I have ever seen (and I have been to a lot of others). Dr. Weeks treats me like I am the only patient he has that day-takes the time to listen, understand and care. I would NEVER consider going anywhere else!

Very professional. She took time to explain what she was doing during the exam. She requested I do a biopsy on a spot and I gave her permission. She makes you feel very relaxed.

Dr. Weeks is by far my favorite doctor. He doesn’t rush in and out of the exam room, but takes his time to really talk with you to understand your issues. He then takes HIS time to process any prescription payment program that will assist in getting you the best price on the medication he prescribes. He really is an anomaly in todays medical world.

Dr Lucus is thorough and most pleasant. Give me detailed advice and always keeps the appointment to a minimum time and is very much appreciated! Amazing experience each time and she is also respectful of my needs.
